Esperei um tempo absurdo pra ser atendida enquanto o veterinário conversava às gargalhadas e o animal esperava com dor. Pediram um exame e nunca vi o resultado. Eu Ligava e diziam que nao havia nenhuma solicitação. Perderam o pedido e o resultado nunca apareceu. Atendimento horrível. Só visam $$$
Lack of professionalism from everyone who attended me. From reception to veterinarian (Dr. Shutz). I waited an absurd time to be seen while the vet chatted with laughter and the animal waited with pain. They asked for an exam and I never saw the result. I called and they said there was no request. They lost the order and the result never appeared. Horrible service. They only aim at $$$

Levo meus animais a 5 anos e nunca saí insatisfeita (ao contrário de outras clínicas que já tive que levar por ser alguma emergência e sempre me decepciono). O Dr Cristiano e toda sua equipe são extremamente competentes e cuidadosos com os animais, recomendo de olhos fechados!
Without a doubt the best Clinic I have ever taken my animals! I've been taking my animals for 5 years and I've never left unsatisfied (unlike other clinics I've had to take because it's an emergency and I'm always disappointed). Dr Cristiano and his entire team are extremely competent and careful with the animals, I recommend it with your eyes closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi ruim. Uma gata entrou pra consulta, passou 50 minutos lá dentro, todo mundo lá dentro na consulta rindo alto e brincando e eu esperando com minha gata que só veio tomar vacina. A veterinária podia controlar a situação e não deixar passar tanto da hora assim. Sei que é ordem de chegada mas assim já é abuso. Enviei um e-mail sobre o ocorrido e espero resposta.
Today was bad. A cat came in for the consultation, spent 50 minutes inside, everyone inside the consultation laughing out loud and playing and I was waiting with my cat who only came to get the vaccine. The vet could control the situation and not let the time go by like that. I know it's a first-come, first-served basis, but that's abuse. I sent an email about what happened and am waiting for a response.
