Busquei atendimento online na loja Drill Ribeirão shopping, mandando mensagem pelo direct do instagram, para ver se havia o produto e se havia possibilidade de compra online e entrega pelos correios. A mensagem foi visualizada, mas não se deram ao trabalho de responder. Agradeço de qualquer forma, mas já comprei o produto em outro lugar. Já o atendimento nem se compara com o de Rio Preto!

Ganhamos um presente, onde esse veio sem o cupom de troca, porém estava com a etiqueta.
Nos deslocamos até a loja, que é bem longe de onde moramos, para realizar a troca de uma blusa, chegando lá , no dia 18/01/22 por volta de 21:00, não foi possível fazer a troca devido a falta do cupom. Passamos todos os dados do comprador e mesmo assim a SUB GERENTE, que não tem autonomia para realizar um procedimento tão simples, não pode fazer nada.
Viemos embora sem resolver nosso problema.
Disseram que entrariam em contato, enviando o cupom do comprador, para ai sim realizar a troca em outra data.
