★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O PIOR ATENDIMENTO QUE JÁ VI NA MINHA VIDA! Fiquei 10 minutos esperando ser atendido. O desconforto foi tão grande... as pessoas chegando, reclamando, que deixei minha compra lá e fui embora. 1 no balcão e 1 no caixa, nesse bairro as 18h? Horrível! Desrespeitoso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionei na drogaria, comprei um remedio e fui na loja da frente tomar um café. A atendente foi ate a cafeteria e pediu para eu retirar meu carro.. pedi para ela esperar eu terminar meu cafe e ela foi extremamente intransigente e pediu para tirar imediatamente, sendo que tinha diversas outras vagas disponíveis! Nunca mais volto e nao recomendo!!!
I parked at the drugstore, bought some medicine and went to the front store for coffee. The attendant went to the cafeteria and asked me to pick up my car .. I asked her to wait for me to finish my coffee and she was extremely uncompromising and asked to take it away immediately, as there were several other places available! Never come back and do not recommend !!!

Alem de ter sido muito mal tratada pelo próprio gerente Elder, arrogante e desrespeitador, os preços são altíssimos em relação às outras farmácias do bairro.
Deixei tudo no balcão do caixa e levei comigo uma foto da tela do pc do caixa com os preços dos meus ítens e FUI PARA A MINHA DROGARIA FAVORITA A DROGASIL 24H na AV. Pavão, e comprei os 5 ítens por 60,00, e na Droga Raia sairia por 90,00; os mesmos ítens (mesmas marcas de remédio) TOTALMENTE INSATISFEITA COM A "DROGA RAIA"!! Não comprem na Raia!!! São uns ladrões!!!
Dei o número da Prevent do meu pai para ter desconto, pois estava sem o número da carteira da Prevent da minha mãe, e eles não achavam o cadastro dele, acho que por ter falecido recentemente, no dia 14/11, e por isso o rapaz se enfezou, gritou comigo que eu não tinha a carteira e eu disse que sempre comprava ali com ela, até mostrei a foto do laudo da Prevent do meu pai onde constava a Matrícula dele, e era freguesa da loja ha anos. O rapaz insistia em me insultar ainda depois de eu pedir para outro caixa me atender, dizendo que estava grávida e não poderia passar esse nervoso, mas ele insistia, bom, pulei para o outro caixa e a moça passou meus itens sem desconto de plano de saúde, e o "gerente" continuou a me encarar e me desrespeitar, ele estava com um olhar daqueles de filme de terror, olhos negros vidrados em mim, então larguei tudo la e ainda tirei uma foto da tela do pc da loja, indo direto para a Drogasil onde também comprei sem descontos e saiu por 2/3 do valor.
Ainda bem que aconteceu isso, descobri que os preços da Raia são altíssimos e não vale a pena parar ali.
Adoraria que ninguém mais entrasse nessa loja, eles merecem zero de estrela e zero cliente.
Me sinto tremendamente desrespeitada e intimidada pelo gerente Elder (um rapaz com 1/3 da minha idade, metido a gerente, vai ralar muito até descobrir que o cliente sempre tem razão e o semtimentos de alguém é a única coisa que vale a pena viver para sentir) nunca desrespeite ou humilhe o próximo. Principalmente num estabelecimento comercial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seja muito atento ao passar no caixa!!!! A oferta do medicamento que estava na prateleira não foi o preco praticado no caixa. Trouxe a etiqueta da prateleira para mostrar o preco ofertado e a funcionária LUCIENE teve a coragem de dizer que ia honrar o preço da oferta para somente 1 unidade. Como queria comprar 2 unidades, ela disse que seria 1 pelo preço da oferta e o outro pelo preco do sistema ( já que eu fiquei sabendo que o preco era maior) !!!!! NUNCA VI ISSO ANTES! ABSURDO! Perderam uma cliente.

Tem um ponto negativo. Quase defronte à farmácia tem uma aglomeração de moleques de rua, que molestam os clientes. A farmácia não oferece segurança. É preciso resolver esse problema.
Estive novamente hoje (02/08/21) e constatei que foi colocado um segurança na porta da farmácia e não mais havia a aglomeração de moleques de rua.

Também tem preços superiores aos de outras farmácias da região. Decidiram não parcelar compras com valor igual ou inferior a R$ 150,00. Uma medida antipática. Vou ter que recorrer à Drogaria São Paulo da esquina de baixo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente de muitos anos; gastos mensais de R$500,00 ou mais até a data de hoje. Fiz uma compra de R$585,00 e qdo cheguei em casa falta um creme de 26,00, vi a nota e tinha pago. Voltei p falar isso a tal supervisora me deixou sentada mais de meia hora, estava consultando a câmara desceu e na frente de tds me acusou, dizendo q havia “ pego” o creme ou seja insinuo q furtei. Tenho 65 anos, fui procuradora do estado por 30 anos e ocupei diversos cargos em chefia; conduta ilibada. Passei no concurso em 1991. Em vem uma supervisora me expor assim. Essa Drogaria é absolutamente sem escrúpulos e trata cliente dessa forma. Concerteis será Excluída e colocarei na rede sociais. Quero ver dizerem isso !!!
