★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um atendente ótimo, Cristian, por isso sempre comprava lá. Mas hoje tive uma péssima experiência, fui reclamar com o gerente que foi desatencioso a minha reclamação. Esquece que só em frente possui duas outras farmácias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema é o troco e acontece sempre. Hoje minha conta deu R$80,71 - valor que eu paguei integralmente em dinheiro com uma nota de R$100,00. A caixa me devolveu R$0,25. Ora, ela nem me perguntou se poderia me dever 4 centavos- o que eu poderia concordar. Quando o estabelecimento não tem troco, deve arredondar a conta e devolver 5 centavos ao cliente. A Farmácia não tem direito de subentender que pode dever 4 centavos a todos sem perguntar. Já aconteceu várias vezes. Falta de respeito. Não volto mais.

Why, she didn't even ask me if she could owe me 4 cents - which I could agree with. When the establishment has no change, you must round the bill and return 5 cents to the customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Na hora do pagamento, era cartão e passaram como dinheiro. É um erro, acontece, mas esperar praticamente UMA HORA pra situação ser resolvida não dá né? No fim das contas eu tive que sacar o dinheiro que eu nem poderia (o pagamento seria no credito) porque eu só queria ir embora. Não culpo a pessoa do caixa que passou o pagamento errado, ela foi super solícita, mas quem deveria resolver o meu problema não resolveu e ainda me tratou mal. Nunca mais volto.
Bad experience. At the time of payment, it was a card and they passed it as cash. It's a mistake, it happens, but waiting practically AN HOUR for the situation to be resolved isn't possible, right? In the end I had to withdraw the money that I couldn't even (payment would be on credit) because I just wanted to leave. I don't blame the cashier who made the wrong payment, she was super helpful, but whoever was supposed to solve my problem didn't and even treated me badly. Never come back.
