★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ir até essa loja não pode ter pressa, o atendimento é muito moroso e rola altos papos com os clientes no caixa, acarretando em filas sempre gigantes. Tô fora, nunca mais piso nessa rede!
You can't be in a hurry to go to this store, the service is very slow and there are loud conversations with customers at the cashier, resulting in always gigantic queues. I'm out, I'll never step on that hammock again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um pedido iFood a entrega era prevista para 20:18h (prazo máximo) e são 22h e nada da entrega. Tivemos que nos deslocar doentes para outra farmácia para poder fazer o pedido. Telefone toca e ngm atende e quando conseguimos alguém que atendesse para dar um parecer a atendente não fez questão alguma de tentar solucionar o problema, só pediu para aguardar. Super empático vindo de um estabelecimento do segmento da saúde, a pessoa doente à espera de um medicamento e a atendente fala ríspida “só aguardar, não posso fazer nada”. Pois cá estamos na espera de atraso de 2h sem resposta alguma do estabelecimento. Achei péssimo o atendimento, não recomendo! Tem drogarias mais estruturadas na região, pois essa além do atendimento ruim não conseguiram acompanhar o mercado dos aplicativos, não funciona!
