★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Se negaram a aplicar uma injeção de vitamina b12 porque tinham.se passado 10 dias da data normal com a desculpa de que fugia a regra. Que regra???? Eles acham que uma.vitamina é antibiotico? Péssimo atendimento. Perderam uma cliente para sempte.
Terrible attendance. They refused to give them an injection of vitamin B12 because 10 days had passed since the normal date with the excuse that they were breaking the rule. What rule ???? Do they think a vitamin is antibiotic? Terrible attendance. They lost a client forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem a tarde fui à farmácia para tomar uma injeção de corticóide. Cheguei no balcão e uma senhora de cabelo loiro me atendeu, mal abriu a receita e já disse que não poderiam aplicar pois havia passado mais de 1 semana q o medico receitou, me olhando com cara de desdém e já olhando para a única moça q estava atrás de mim que tinha acabado de chegar (a farmácia estava vazia). O próprio medico me disse para eu primeiro fazer algumas sessões de fisioterapia e caso a dor não diminuísse eu deveria tomar corticóide para aliviar. Ela mal deixou eu explicar e mal me ouviu e disse que eu deveria ter ido tomar logo que sai do médico e que agora aquela receita não servia mais. Senti um certo preconceito, pois sou toda tatuada e tenho cabelo colorido, vai ver ela pensou q eu queria me drogar ou algo assim. Fui então em outra farmácia de uma grande rede e me atenderam devidamente e me informaram que não tinha cabimento algum o que a atendente da Drogasil disse. Agora estou medicada e com alivio da minha dor. Nunca mais piso nessa farmácia mesmo sendo do lado da minha casa.
Yesterday afternoon I went to the pharmacy to take a steroid injection. I arrived at the counter and a lady with blonde hair answered me, she barely opened the prescription and I already said that they could not apply it as it had been more than 1 week since the doctor prescribed, looking at me with a face of disdain and already looking at the only girl who was behind of me who had just arrived (the pharmacy was empty). The doctor himself told me to do some physical therapy sessions first and if the pain didn't decrease, I should take steroids to relieve it. She barely let me explain and barely listened to me and said that I should have taken it as soon as I left the doctor and that now that prescription was no longer useful. I felt a certain prejudice, because I'm all tattooed and I have colored hair, maybe she thought I wanted to get high or something. So I went to another pharmacy in a large chain and they attended me properly and informed me that there was no point in what the Drogasil attendant said. Now I am medicated and with relief from my pain. I'll never step into that pharmacy again, even though it's right next door to my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou surpreso com tantas avaliações negativas. Eu sempre vou a esta farmácia que fica no bairro da minha filha e SEMPRE fui muitíssimo bem atendido. Acho que quem se sente bem atendido como eu, deveria se manifestar aqui também para fazer justiça às pessoas que lá trabalham.
I'm surprised at so many negative reviews. I always go to this pharmacy that is in my daughter's neighborhood and I have ALWAYS been very well attended. I think that anyone who feels well cared for like me should also speak up here to do justice to the people who work there.
