★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da Drogasil, sempre tem lugar para estacionar. A questão da disputa entre as diversas redes pelo desconto me incomoda. Sempre penso que pagamos com desconto, mais do que seria justo...enfim, a verdade é que ainda assim costuma sair mais em conta. O atendimento é sempre bom.
I like Drogasil, there is always room to park. The issue of the dispute between the various networks for the discount bothers me. I always think that we pay at a discount, more than it would be fair ... anyway, the truth is that still usually comes out more. The service is always good.

O que incomoda um pouco é a lentidão para liberação de determinados medicamentos no sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peguei remédio farmácia popular na Drogasil, desta ultima vez a Srta. Laura péssima atendente diga-de de passagem, inventou que a receita não tinha a miligrama do remédio e não liberou mesmo a receita tendo vários carimbos de retirada passadas na Drogasil. Simplesmente vou trocar, farmácia tem de monte.
I always got medicine from a popular pharmacy at Drogasil, this last time Ms. Laura was a terrible attendant, she invented that the prescription didn't have the milligram of the medicine and didn't even release the prescription having several withdrawal stamps passed on Drogasil. I'm just going to change it, the pharmacy has a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes super atenciosos porém não volto mais nessa loja pq demorou demais para eu ser atendido com a minha vó doente. Sem contar a bagunça atrás do balcão cheio de caixa para guardar. A Drogasil deveria contratar mais funcionários, é evidente que está faltando pois além de não ter funcionário suficiente no balcão, tbm da para ver que não tem o suficiente para guardar os remédios. A moça que me atendeu, muito educada por sinal, demorou uns 10 min para achar o meu remédio que estava dentro de uma das caixas. Simplesmente inadmissível!
Super attentive attendants, but I don't go back to this store anymore because it took too long for me to be seen with my sick grandmother. Not to mention the mess behind the counter full of storage boxes. Drogasil should hire more employees, it is evident that it is lacking because in addition to not having enough employees at the counter, it is also obvious that they do not have enough to store the medicines. The girl who attended me, very polite by the way, took about 10 minutes to find my medicine that was inside one of the boxes. Simply inadmissible!
