Devido ao alto preço optei pela genérica com a promessa que duraria 6 meses. Dez dias após a troca o relógio parou, então voltei lá e ouvi uma desculpa bem esfarrapa de que provavelmente meu relógio puxava mais bateria e por isso não tinha durado, que eu devia trocar pela original ou que meu relógio poderia ter quebrado. Sai extremamente insatisfeita, fui trocar em outro local e contei o que tinha acontecido, o rapaz da outra relojoaria trocou novamente a bateria e me mostrou que a bateria utilizada pela Dumont era um modelo do Paraguai que quase nenhuma relojoaria importa pela baixa qualidade. Serviço extremamente desonesto,nunca mais volto!
I changed the battery on my watch a few months ago. It was offered the original battery for 40.00 and the generic battery for 18.00. Due to the high price I opted for generic with the promise that would last 6 months. Ten days after the change the clock stopped, so I came back and I heard a very fuzzy excuse that my watch probably pulled more battery and so it had not lasted, that I should change for the original or that my watch could have broken. I left extremely dissatisfied, went to change another place and told what happened, the boy from the other watch changed the battery again and showed me that the battery used by Dumont was a model of Paraguay that almost no watch would care for the poor quality. Extremely dishonest service, never coming back!
