★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci na loja de móveis Dunelli de Santana de posse de uma foto de um painel para televisão, para saber o preço.
Ao chegar na loja, fui atendido pela Sra. Cida que optou em me atender em pé, demonstrando imensa má vontade.
Mostrei a foto do painel de TV que eu portava, e perguntei se ela possuía aquele produto, bem como se teria um local para que sentassemos e ela me atendesse.
Só a partir do meu pedido, arrumou uma mesa e duas cadeiras para me atender, começou folhear um catálogo para procurar o painel que estava na minha foto.
Encontrou o painel, de início disse que o preço era em torno de R$ 13.000,00, foi caindo o preço, caindo, chegando a R$ 7.500,00 se o pagamento fosse a vista, quase 50% menos que o valor inicial.
Quando fui tirar uma foto do catálogo para enviar para a minha esposa, fui imediatamente repreendido pela Sra. Cida, dizendo que eu não estava autorizado a tirar a foto, e me disse:
"...se o senhor observar, tem placa por todo lado da loja dizendo que é proibido tirar fotos, os móveis são assinados e não se pode tirar fotos..."
Eu disse: "senhora, eu trouxe já uma foto, a senhora achou o produto que eu tenho interesse, porque eu trouxe a foto e mostrei para Sra..."
Além da foto do painel, eu já possuía as medidas que eram 300x155mm, mas quando fui anotar as medidas que estavam no catálogo, a Sra Cida fechou o catálogo bruscamente e se levantou, dizendo que qualquer coisa era só falar com ela, basicamente me expulsando da loja, me acompanhando até que eu saísse da loja definitivamente.
Lamentável o atendimento que tive nessa loja, FUI VÍTIMA DE PRECONCEITO e DISCRIMINAÇÃO, pela vendedora Cida, além deselegante, não tenho dúvida, fui humilhado por ela.
A vendedora Cida achou o produto no seu catálogo, porque eu já estava de posse de uma foto, não vejo problema de tirar foto do produto no catálogo, bem como confirmar as medidas e enviar para aprovação da minha esposa.
É importante dizer que o seu atendimento foi tão ruim, que sequer se deu o trabalho de anotar o preço do produto em um cartão da loja.
É caso de polícia, fui vítima de um atendimento preconceituoso, ela me acompanhou até a saída da loja para se ver livre de mim.
Horrível! Nunca vi nada igual!
Nunca mais entro nessa loja. Péssimo Atendimento! Fui humilhado!

He found the panel, at first he said that the price was around R$ 13,000.00, the price went down, falling, reaching R$ 7,500.00 if the payment was made in cash, almost 50% less than the initial value.
When I went to take a photo from the catalog to send to my wife, I was immediately reprimanded by Ms. Cida, saying that I was not authorized to take the photo, and she told me:
"...if you observe, there is a sign all over the store saying that it is forbidden to take pictures, the furniture is signed and you cannot take pictures..."
I said: "lady, I already brought a photo, you found the product that I am interested in, because I brought the photo and showed it to Mrs..."
In addition to the panel photo, I already had the measurements that were 300x155mm, but when I went to write down the measurements that were in the catalog, Ms. Cida abruptly closed the catalog and stood up, saying that anything was just talking to her, basically expelling me from the store, accompanying me until I left the store for good.
The service I received at this store is regrettable, I WAS A VICTIM OF PREJUDICE and DISCRIMINATION, by the saleswoman Cida, besides being inelegant, I have no doubt, I was humiliated by her.
The seller Cida found the product in her catalog, because I already had a photo, I have no problem taking a picture of the product in the catalog, as well as confirming the measurements and sending it to my wife for approval.
It's important to say that their service was so bad that they didn't even bother to write down the price of the product on a store card.
It's a case of the police, I was the victim of a prejudiced service, she accompanied me to the exit of the store to get rid of me.
Horrible! I've never seen anything like it!
I never enter this store again. Terrible attendance! I was humiliated!

Como sempre a loja promete mundos e fundos na compra né? Sofá tem garantia sempre que for preciso, pode contar conosco etc...
Enfim, passo um tempo meu sofá simplesmente manchou inteiro o tecido, e ao reclamar na empresa: sofá está fora da garantia.
Um pena, pois comprei vários outros produtos e nunca mais indico esta empresa para ninguém.
Em resumo, tomem cuidado com esta empresa, pois não cumprem promessas de vendas.

Ela chegou com uma pequena lasca na base e a costura de uma das cadeiras esgarçando muito pequeno esse esgarçamento
O problema é o cheiro forte que a madeira está soltando estou com a mesa há 2 dias e não consigo ficar na sala devido ao cheiro

É minha segunda compra na loja Dunelli, só que desta vez aqui em Santa.
Comprei um sofá de canto com chaise lindíssimo!!!
Móveis de primeira qualidade, com um acabamento impecável…amai minha compra.
E tenho que confessar uma coisa com vocês!!!
Comprei aqui, pois fui lá na loja Teodoro e me contaram que o Gerente MARCOS, tinha sido transferido pra Loja aqui de Santa.
E eu é claro vi atrás dele, pois já tinha ido em outras lojas do ramo, mas nenhum gerente me deu tanto atenção e suporte como ele!!!
PROCRE O GERENTE MARCOS, vocês não vão se arrepender!

I bought it here, because I went to the Teodoro store and they told me that the Manager MARCOS had been transferred to the store here in Santa.
And of course I saw it behind him, as I had already been to other stores in the business, but no manager gave me as much attention and support as he did!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha comprado em outro loja da rede Dunelli, e tive um ótimo atendimento com a vendedora Bete e o gerente Marcos.
E ao saber que ele foi transferido de loja, não tive dúvida em ir até a loja de Santana, que por sinal muito linda!
E eu é claro acabei fechando minha terceira compra lá.
Recomendo quem não conhece a loja Dunelli Santana ir conhecer, é simplesmente deslumbrante, um luxo!!!
Sem contar no estacionamento amplo, com manobrista, que facilita e muito.
