★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço mal prestado, péssimo, lavagem mal feita, q qdo foram embora eu terminei. Fora a falta de competência de todos, desde de quem lava até quem atende.
Fiz uma reclamação, não obtive retorno e ainda me bloquearam no único contato, Messenger, sem dizer q não deram nota fiscal do serviço prestado. Não indico pra ninguém.
Deixaram minhas paredes e móveis todos sujo por conta q espirra água na lavagem, eles não tem o cuidado de protejelos.
Service provided bad, very bad, poorly made washing, q qdo gone I finished. It was the lack of competence of everyone from whom to whom lava meets.
I made a complaint, did not get back and I still blocked in the single contact, Messenger, saying q gave no invoice of service. I don't tell anyone.
They left my walls and furniture all dirty because q splashing water in the wash, they do not have the protejelos care.

I found the company on Facebook. I decided to take a chance and closed a package with them for cleaning my retractable sofa. I was surprised by the quality of the service. They are committed, arrive on time and the sofa was spotless. SURELY RECOMMEND! I will certainly close more packages with them.

Porém apareceu uma mancha enorme no sofá.
Entrei em contato e fui informada q a garantia é de 24 h.
O sofá ficou pior do q estava.
Não recomendo.
I hired the upholstery washing service.
But there was a huge stain on the sofa.
I got in touch and was informed that the warranty is 24 hours.
The sofa was worse than it was.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei para 10h e o profissional chegou 9h. Pediu pano de chão, e deixou bem sujo e jogado no chão da sala. Usou o meu tanque e deixou todo sujo. Sua calça estava caindo... mas a limpeza foi ótima! Meu sofá ficou como novo!
I scheduled it for 10 am and the professional arrived at 9 am. He asked for a floor cloth, and left it very dirty and thrown on the living room floor. Used my tank and left it all dirty. His pants were falling off... but the cleaning was great! My sofa looks like new!
