Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece , agora não levo mais . Cobraram 20 reais para esse serviço e vou ter que fazer eu .
Lousy service, I paid something and they didn't.
I paid to wash and iron the blouse, they didn't iron or clean the collar.
Poor service.
It is not the first time this has happened, now I don’t take it anymore. They charged 20 reais for this service and I will have to do it myself.
