★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive a mesma sorte conforme alguns comentários , pois em menos de 15 ( quinze ) dias de uso meu aparelho Samsung A31 mesmo com película e capa protetora tipo carteira veio sofre uma queda menos de 60 cm ao solo e veio danificar o display. Ao retornar a loja no dia 17 do mês corrente, deixei o aparelho para analisarem o ocorrido e para minha surpresa na data de hoje fui informado pelo atendente que fez contato com a proprietária que teria que recolocar outro display e que não cobria a garantia devido o ocorrido ter sido provocado por mal uso. Que deveria ser pago novamente pelo serviço. Por fim resolvi fazer a retirada do aparelho e conforme fui indicado, particularmente não indico.

Upon returning to the store on the 17th of the current month, I left the device to be analyzed and to my surprise today I was informed by the attendant who made contact with the owner that I would have to replace another display and that it did not cover the warranty due to the happened to have been caused by misuse. That he should be paid again for the service. Finally I decided to remove the device and as I was indicated, particularly I do not.
