★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 3 estrelas pois acho que deveria ter atendimento de plantão. As vezes que minha internet caiu foram fora de horário comercial! Precisei esperar chegar no outro dia para acionar o serviço.
I'm giving 3 stars because I think there should be an on-call service. The times my internet went down were out of business hours! I had to wait to arrive the other day to start the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima internet Graças a Deus que estar entrando várias empresas de internet , o mais engraçado que estávamos pagando pelos 300 megas e não estava chegando os 300 megas uma travadeira , ligamos pra lá e disse que eles não libera os 300 megas não então estão enganando os clientes , querem clientes mais não melhora os aparelhos , aqui mesmo os aparelhos era tudo antigo depois de 1 ano que reclamamos que a internet estava horrível disse que já era pra ter trocado mais não adiantou nada péssima prestadora de serviço , não cumpre os megas que vc paga , não recomendo

Vc contrata um pacote de internet bom e um dos mais caros e eles disponibilizam bem menos de MB.
Contratei um técnico para averiguar isso pra mim e ele confirmou.
NÃO INDICO ESSA EMPRESA

You hire a good internet package and one of the most expensive ones and they provide less than MB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ma avaliacao nao e devido a internet mas sim devido ai atendimento pessimo,por telefone descaso total ai fui direto na loja o superfisor faz deboche como se eles nao prescisassem da gente como cliente. Mas a internet e boa ao dono ai fica alerta com pessoal pois muitas pessoas mudam pro concorrente por causa desse atendimento ruim
