Deixei lá e no dia seguinte, o funcionário disse que ela estava ligando sim, mas tinha um problema no som, teria que trocar a placa mãe, e o orçamento foi quase o preço de uma TV nova. Desisti do conserto e, quando fui buscar, vi que eles racharam a tela, mas ficaram negando a todo instante o erro deles.
Só por curiosidade, resolvi instalar a tv em casa de novo pra ver se funcionava, já que ela nunca tinha apresentado problema no som; estava funcionando perfeitamente. Ou seja, eles me cobraram um orçamento que dava pra comprar um aparelho novo por algo que não apresentava nenhum defeito real. Não recomendo essa loja em hipótese alguma, funcionários sem organização e desonestos.
I took my television, which wasn't turning on, to see what the problem was and make a budget. I left it there and the next day, the employee said she was calling, but she had a sound problem, she would have to change the motherboard, and the budget was almost the price of a new TV. I gave up on the repair and, when I went to get it, I saw that they cracked the screen, but they were constantly denying their mistake.
Just out of curiosity, I decided to install the TV at home again to see if it worked, since she had never had a sound problem; it was working perfectly. That is, they charged me a budget that I could buy a new device for something that did not have any real defect. I do not recommend this store under any circumstances, unorganized and dishonest employees.
