★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar o meu agradecimento e falar da qualidade, comprometimento e empatia dos funcionários dessa clínica, hoje dia 05/07/21 meu filho de 5 anos tinha uma bateria de exames para fazer, onde um deles precisava ser colhido 3 vezes no dia em horários bem difícil, pois um era muito cedo antes da clínica abrir e outro a clínica estaria fechada, mas a enfermeira Janete e um Senhor já estavam lá quando chegamos, tanto eles como a Dra e a enfermeira Juliana se empenharam muito em fazer esses exames foi sofrido porque a veia sumia ele se mexia muito só nos sabemos como foi difícil mas eles não desistiram só Deus para saber o quanto agradeço a vocês por todo trabalho e carinho de vocês, muito obrigada de verdade e Janete, você está no meu coração!
I would like to thank you and talk about the quality, commitment and empathy of the employees of this clinic, today, 07/05/21, my 5-year-old son had a battery of tests to do, where one of them had to be collected 3 times a day. very difficult times, because one was very early before the clinic opened and the other the clinic would be closed, but nurse Janete and a Mr. were already there when we arrived, both they and Dr. and nurse Juliana were very committed to doing these exams. suffered because the vein disappeared he moved a lot we only know how difficult it was but they did not give up just God to know how much I thank you for all your work and affection, thank you really and Janete, you are in my heart!

Porém alguns profissionais não estão preparados para atender crianças, levei meu filho duas vezes, e em ambas a experiência foi ruim. Hoje 18/11/21 levei meu filho de 5 anos e na hora de realizar a coleta, ate eu me assustei com o modo que começaram a segurar ele, pelos braços, pernas, tórax, o que deixou ele completamente assustado. Falta um pouco de treinamento em como agir com crianças. Tirando esses acasos, os funcionários são muito bons.
Simple laboratory, but very practical, quick service. However, some professionals are not prepared to care for children, I took my son twice, and both times the experience was bad. Today, 11/18/21 I took my 5-year-old son and when it was time to carry out the collection, even I got scared with the way they started to hold him, by the arms, legs, chest, which left him completely scared. There is a lack of training in how to act with children. Apart from these accidents, the employees are very good.
