★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Campo Grande tratam os clientes como se fossem animais. A equipe da recepção está despreparada e são péssimos em atendimento ao público. Para todos os moradores do bairro, evitem a clínica ou dêem preferência para bairros da Zona Sul e Barra.
In Campo Grande they treat customers as if they were animals. The reception staff are unprepared and are terrible at serving the public. For all residents of the neighborhood, avoid the clinic or give preference to neighborhoods in the South Zone and Barra.

Fiz um teste alérgico e fui buscar o resultado, na hora que a secretária foi no computador, eu vi que ela só trocou o nome do exame que já tinha no computador com o nome de outra pessoa. Tanto é que o nome do médico solicitante veio até errado, nem se deram o trabalho de verificar o nome da minha médica pra colocar corretamente no exame. Péssimo lugar.

I took an allergy test and went to get the result, when the secretary went to the computer, I saw that she just changed the name of the exam that she already had on the computer with the name of someone else. So much so that the name of the requesting doctor came up wrong, they didn't even bother to check my doctor's name to put it correctly in the exam. Bad place.
