A cortesia de 03 (três) sessões de depilação a laser na axilas (feminino e masculino), buço (feminino), faixa de barba (masculino) ou nuca (masculino) é válida somente para novos CPFs cadastrados e não é cumulativa com outros vouchers ou ofertas de estabelecimento. O uso do voucher é limitado a 01 (um) por CPF. Cortesias sujeita a avaliação prévia com um profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito descaso nessa unidade, quando fui fazer o pacote me atenderam super bem, depois que realizei o primeiro pagamento o atendimento foi outro. Marcamos o horário e somos atendidos bem depois, sem nenhuma consideração e nenhum pedido de desculpas. Vocês deveriam rever a maneira que tratam os clientes.
 Much neglect in this unit, when I went to make the package they served me very well, after I made the first payment, the service was different. We make an appointment and are attended to well afterwards, without any consideration and no apology. You should review the way you treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o cliente.. cobram preços mais caros do que todas as outras. A black é um farsa o valor não é inferior as outras promoções. E as vendedoras/atendentes não respondem nem a suas perguntas sobre as areas. Pouco caso.
Disregard for the customer .. they charge more expensive prices than all the others. Black is a scam the value is not inferior to other promotions. And the salespeople do not even answer your questions about the areas. Little case.

Fiz um procedimento nas axilas, no dia 26 de dezembro às 16.40, no shopping light com uma suposta fisioterapeuta.Logo no inicio eu já questionei que estava ardendo demais.Ela respondeu pode ser devido o tamanho do pelo.E continuou o procedimento...Ao término eu continuei questionando que estava ardendo sensação de queimadura.Eu pedi um gel ou a pomada para aliviar.Ela me deu um pouco de pomada e passei na região.Fui para casa e no outro dia eu acordei com a área totalmente afetada com um vermelhidão absurdo.Retornei ao estabelecimento e pedi para a gerente da unidade do shopping light me acompanhar até uma sala para eu mostrar o que tinha ocorrido, pois a pessoa que tinha me atendido no dia anterior já não estava lá, era uma outra fisioterapeuta. A gerente viu e disse que isso e natural que pode acontecer, me deu um resto de pomada e pediu para que eu passasse por 10 dias.Ok eu aguardei os dias corridos.E retornei ontem no espaço laser da unidade do shopping light.Eu mais uma vez fui tranquilo querendo resolver de forma pacífica.Chamei a fisioterapeuta numa sala para mostrar as manchas que ficaram nas minhas axilas.Ela chamou a gerente e a mesma disse irei passar uma pomada para você comprar e depois iremos ressarcir o valor.Gente pelo amor de Deus sou educador físico eu não posso passar dieta para ninguém.Da mesma forma que uma fisioterapeuta não pode indicar medicamento ou pomada alguma.Resumo pedi uma demartologista, ela me disse que não pois iria quebrar protocolos da empresa e o que ela podia fazer era isso me mandando assinar um papel com o nome de uma pomada para eu comprar na farmácia.Um despreparo absurdo, é nítido a falta de interesse em ajudar o cliente, interesse que quando é feita a avaliação nossa é dito tantas coisas sobre a empresa, que não batem, vocês acham que uma grande empresa se comporta dessa maneira? Me senti um lixo, pois o derespeito e o descaso foi enorme enfim...estou com todas as fotos arquivadas e irei gerar um processo, pois cansei de ir no espaço laser do shopping light e não adquiri sucesso.Resump a empresa pouco de importa com o cliente.
Awful! I had a procedure on my armpits, on December 26 at 4:40 pm, at the light mall with a supposed physiotherapist. Right at the beginning I already questioned that I was burning too much. She replied that it could be due to the size of the hair. At the end I kept questioning that I was burning a burning sensation. I asked for a gel or ointment to relieve. She gave me some ointment and I passed it on the region. I went home and the other day I woke up with the area totally affected Absurd redness. I returned to the establishment and asked the manager of the shopping light unit to accompany me to a room to show me what had happened, because the person who had seen me the day before was no longer there, it was another physical therapist. The manager saw it and said that it is natural that it can happen, she gave me a leftover ointment and asked me to apply it for 10 days.Ok, I waited for a few days. once I was calm, wanting to resolve it peacefully. I called the physical therapist in a room to show the stains that were left in my armpits. I am a physical educator, I cannot give anyone a diet. In the same way that a physical therapist cannot recommend any medication or ointment. this by making me sign a paper with the name of an ointment for me to buy at the pharmacy. An absurd lack of preparation, the lack of interest in helping the client is clear, an interest that when our evaluation is made, it is said so many times. things about the company, which don't match, do you think a big company behaves this way? I felt like rubbish, because the disrespect and neglect was huge anyway... I have all the photos filed and I'm going to start a lawsuit, because I got tired of going to the laser space of the shopping light mall and I didn't get success. with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sempre fiz sessões nessa unidade e sempre que as funcionárias informavam ter "imprevisto" com a agenda, aguardava até 40 minutos de atraso para ser atendida. Cheguei 5 minutos atrasada e não fui atendida, não tinha nenhuma cliente no local e mesmo assim se recusaram a me atender alegando que se chegasse alguém iria atrasar toda a agenda. Decepcionada com o espaço laser da unidade shopping light, local que nunca mais farei nenhum tipo de plano. Não indico a ninguém e quem conheço que vai lá vou recomendar mudar de unidade!
Bad service, I always did sessions in this unit and whenever the employees reported having "unforeseen" with the agenda, I waited up to 40 minutes late to be attended. I arrived 5 minutes late and I was not attended, I had no customers in the place and even so they refused to answer me, claiming that if someone arrived, I would delay the whole schedule. Disappointed with the laser space of the shopping light unit, a place I will never make any kind of plan again. I don't recommend it to anyone and anyone I know who goes there will recommend changing units!
