★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a unha (mão) com vocês ontem, e infelizmente não sei o nome da profissional que me atendeu (até porque ela não se apresentou), e gostaria de mostrar a minha insatisfação com o atendimento prestado. Não reclamei na hora, pois não queria humilhar e nem desmerecer o trabalho da profissional, mas a verdade é que a unha ficou muito mal feita, mal pintada e mal cutilada. Não me abalei com a pressa que foi feita, pois muito profissionais experientes são rápidos, mas quando finalizou vi que a mesma estava realmente com pressa, pois ficou horrível. Vi que no meio do procedimento, a unha borrou um pouco, e ela não teve a capacidade de corrigi-la. Enfim, vou enviar a foto da unha feita por ela ontem, tirada logo que sai daí.
É só para dar um feedback, quando o profissional for atender, seria elegante se apresentar (até para que se a cliente gostar, poder retornar com ela), e apresenta-se com roupas limpas, pois a mesma estava com a roupa branca encardida. Agora entendi o porque de o salão não ter ninguém em plena quarta feira à noite.

It's just to give feedback, when the professional goes to answer, it would be elegant to introduce himself (even so that if the client likes it, he can return with her), and he presents himself with clean clothes, because she was wearing dirty white clothes. Now I understand why the salon has no one in the middle of Wednesday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento desta unidade não condiz com as outras franqueadas! Minhas unhas ficaram mal pintadas, porque as cutículas foram mal tiradas, ficando resquícios sem tirar, horrível! Não duram 3 dias. Tirando que a cada mão um dedo (no mínimo) é premiado para ser machucado. Nem de longe esta unidade anda de acordo com a proposta da franquia, de ter qualidade sem machucar, levei minha sobrinha (UMA MENINA DE 12 ANOS) e elas saiu com 3 unhas muito machucadas!!!! Na hora ela ficou com vergonha e só me mostrou quando saímos da loja, senão o barraco teria sido grande!

Not by far this unit is in line with the franchise proposal, to have quality without hurting, I took my niece (A 12 YEARS OLD GIRL) and she left with 3 very bruised nails!!!! At the time she was embarrassed and only showed me when we left the store, otherwise the shack would have been big!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meninas muito atenciosas, mas minha unha não foi 100% bem feita, ficou torto, a fibra de vidro não foi muito bem colocada e no mesmo dia já estava se desfazendo. Falta comunicação entre a equipe, muito desorganizado em questão de agendamento.

Não sei o nome da profissional pois não se apresentou mas infelizmente ela machucou muito minha mão deixando as cutículas todas sangrando e não fez as unhas bem feitas, ela levou 2:30h para fazer a primeira mão e a segunda fez em 40min, aí já notei que tinha algo de errado.
Pedi unhas amendoadas e as unhas não foram modeladas é uma das mãos as unhas ficaram extremamente grossas… enfim,do dia seguinte caíram duas unhas e entrei em contato para que arrumassem (eu não tinha o mínimo de tempo mas tive que me virar se não quisesse ficar com a mão com unhas deformadas e faltando unhas),a dona disse que eu poderia ir as 11 da manhã mas chegando no local ainda estava fechado e ela simplesmente pediu que voltasse mais tarde. Retornei as 16:00hr e ainda tive que passar pela avaliação para ver se não fui eu mesma que retirei as unhas caídas.
Realizaram a recolocação apenas das duas unhas que haviam caído, e por algum motivo que desconheço a manicure cortou a unha do meu dedão bem menor que a da outra mão e deixou assim mesmo (não falei nada no momento pois sabia que não adiantaria e eu estava com muita pressa já que nem poderia estar ali se tivessem feito o serviço correto).
Não sei expressar a insatisfação que estou sentindo,me sinto extremamente lesada e não gostaria que mais ninguém passasse por isso.

I don't know the name of the professional because she didn't introduce herself but unfortunately she hurt my hand a lot leaving the cuticles all bleeding and she didn't do the nails well done, she took 2:30h to do the first hand and the second one in 40min, then I noticed that there was something wrong.
I asked for almond nails and the nails were not shaped and one of the hands the nails were extremely thick... in short, two nails fell out the next day and I got in touch to have them fixed (I didn't have the least time but I had to turn around if I didn't want to my hand with deformed nails and missing nails), the owner said I could go at 11 am but when I arrived at the place it was still closed and she simply asked me to come back later. I returned at 16:00 hr and I still had to go through the evaluation to see if I was not the one who removed the fallen nails.
They replaced only the two nails that had fallen off, and for some unknown reason the manicurist cut the nail on my big toe much smaller than the one on the other hand and left it as is (I didn't say anything at the time because I knew it wouldn't help and I was in a great hurry since I couldn't even be there if they had done the right job).
I don't know how to express the dissatisfaction I'm feeling, I feel extremely injured and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.
