★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fazem questão de atender os clientes, cheguei para fazer um procedimento e só falaram "vai demorar". Perguntei quanto tempo e ainda responderam "não sei, mas vai demorar". Espantam os clientes na cara dura. Tão antipáticas que não irei voltar.
 They don't care about serving customers, I arrived to do a procedure and they just said "it will take time". I asked how long and they still replied "I don't know, but it will take". They scare customers away. So obnoxious that I won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ha 1 semana e não gostei do serviço, minha sobrancelha ficou horrível, a moça ( que não recordo o nome) deixou minha sobrancelha toda com falhas, uma ficou muito diferente da outra. Fiquei chateada, não volto mais e não recomendo
I went 1 week ago and I didn't like the service, my eyebrow was horrible, the girl (I don't remember her name) left my eyebrow all with flaws, one was very different from the other. I was upset, I won't be back and I don't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar pra ser recomendado fui levar minha esposa pra fazer design tinha uma pessoa na frente e 2 mulheres atendendo pergunto quanto tempo pra ser atendido falou que no sabia e não tinha previsão. Venho com um tom de pode ir embora, já passei por isso no shopping D mal atendimento por isso faliu por causa de funcionário o estabelecimento não e deles então tanto faz perde cliente. Se ganhasse comissão ou o salário dependesse de atendimento ia ser diferente ia ter vontade de trabalhar.
Bad place to be recommended I took my wife to do design there was a person in front and 2 women answering I ask how long to be served they said they didn't know and had no forecast. I come with a tone of go away, I've been through this at the mall D bad service so it went bankrupt because of an employee, the establishment doesn't and them so it doesn't matter you lose a customer. If I earned a commission or the salary depended on attendance, it would be different, I would want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores atendimentos que já tive na minha vida. Entrei pra conhecer os serviços, a atendente não se deu o trabalho nem de falar um "boa tarde". Ainda tentei manter a educação, mas com esse atendimento cheio de desdém e arrogância, IMPOSSÍVEL!
One of the worst services I've ever had in my life. I went in to know the services, the attendant didn't even bother to say "good afternoon". I still tried to maintain politeness, but with this service full of disdain and arrogance, IMPOSSIBLE!
