★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, os brinquedos são um pouco caros, mas como tem possibilidade de vc olhar e avaliar o produto que está levando gera um diferencial, um ótimo lugar para comprar brinquedos, bonecas, jogos de tabuleiro e quebra cabeça (não é o ideal para quem esta mais avançado, porém tem ótimos quebrar cabeças para iniciantes). Não tenho muito do que reclamar, mas é igual a todas as Ri Happ, o lado bom é que fica no shopping e ppde comprar outras coisas dentro de lá, além de ser do lado da estação de trem.
Good service, toys are a little expensive, but as you have the possibility of looking and evaluating the product you are taking, it creates a differential, a great place to buy toys, dolls, board games and puzzles (not ideal for those is more advanced, but has great puzzles for beginners). I don't have much to complain about, but it's the same as all Ri Happ, the good thing is that it's in the mall and you can buy other things inside, besides being next to the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava eu na RiHappy do Shopping Light no sábado, dia 21/05, e dou de cara com uma vendedora repondo uma gôndola de Hot Wheels e elogiando alguns modelos... quando, do nada, e pelas minhas costas um rapaz com uma camiseta da loja mas com a inscrição FISCAL DE LOJA voa numa Barbie Extra (aquele prata com asinhas) e pega pra si. E se eu quisesse? E se eu ainda não tivesse visto?
Nunca mais entro num RiHappy (não farei falta, mas ok).
I was at RiHappy at Shopping Light on Saturday, 05/21, and I came across a saleswoman replacing a Hot Wheels shelf and praising some models... when, out of nowhere, and behind my back, a guy wearing a store but with the inscription STORE FISCAL, flies in a Barbie Extra (that silver one with wings) and takes it for himself. What if I wanted to? What if I hadn't seen it yet?
I'll never enter a RiHappy again (I won't miss it, but ok).

O mesmo tem acesso privilegiado as miniaturas e pega as mais cobiçadas para si mesmo!
Irei denunciar para a gerência da loja, sac Rihappy e no reclame aqui!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi amigos, neste Shopping Light a Ri Happy estava no piso inferior em frente as lojas Americanas. A um tempo atrás ficava no piso superior. O atendimento do atendente foi excelente! Mostrou as várias promoções do dia, as opções com base no que eu estava procurando, enfim foi um verdsdeiro consultor comigo. A loja em si não achei grande, acho que se fosse maior teria mais veriedade. Mas se você estiver buscando produtos de qualidade na região, aqui é o lugar. Parabens a todos os atendentes do período da tarde. Segue merecidas 5 estrelas.
Hi friends, at this Shopping Light Ri Happy was on the lower floor in front of the Americanas stores. A while ago it was on the top floor. The customer service was excellent! He showed the various promotions of the day, the options based on what I was looking for, in short, he was a true consultant with me. The store itself was not big, I think if it were bigger it would be more authentic. But if you are looking for quality products in the region, this is the place. Congratulations to all the afternoon attendants. Still deserved 5 stars.
