Estrutura boa, possui sinalização de vagas disponíveis. Local limpo e arejado.
Não dou 5 estrelas pós não achei seguro, qualquer pessoa pode ter acesso ao estacionamento. Deveriam melhorar esse ponto.
It's worth leaving your car here if you book through the app. Prices are different from booking made directly on site.
Good structure, has signs of vacancies available. Clean and airy place.
I don't give 5 stars after I didn't find it safe, anyone can have access to the parking. They should improve that point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entrem nesse estacionamento, pois se entrarem saibam que vão ter que pagar, eles não tem tolerância. Portanto procurem outras nós arredores do aeroporto, são confiáveis e muito mais em conta.
Um absurdo não ter tolerância.
Do not enter this parking lot, because if you do enter you know that you will have to pay, they have no tolerance. So look for other nodes around the airport, they are reliable and much cheaper.
It's absurd not to have tolerance.

AEROPORTO DE RECIFE, mas a companhia área alterou meu voo. Estou tentando cancelar minha reserva no site da Estapar, porém aparece a seguinte mensagem: Não foi possível processar seu pedido
1) : Credit Card Transaction Failed
No site vocês deixam bem claro que é possível cancelar a reserva até 24h antes e estou tentando cancelar com antecedência e não consigo.
Além do mais não consigo falar pelo chat/telefone, passei o dia (16/12/2021) todo tentando cancelar e entrar em contato e nada.

RECIFE AIRPORT, but the airline changed my flight. I am trying to cancel my reservation on the Estapar website, but the following message appears: We were unable to process your order
1) : Credit Card Transaction Failed
On the website you make it very clear that it is possible to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before and I am trying to cancel in advance and I can't.
Besides, I can't talk over the chat/phone, I spent the whole day (12/16/2021) trying to cancel and get in touch and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um absurdo não ter tolerância alguma. É um assalto ter que pagar 10,00 se passar 2 ou 3 minutos. Se for deixar ou buscar alguém no aeroporto e parar fora do estacionamento, leva multa. Se apenas deixar as pessoas no estacionamento em 3 minutos, tão te levar 10,00. É muita safadeza!!!
It is absurd not to have any tolerance. It's a robbery to have to pay 10.00 if 2 or 3 minutes pass. If you are going to drop or pick someone up at the airport and stop outside the parking lot, you will be fined. If you just drop people off in the parking lot in 3 minutes, so take 10.00. It's very naughty!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de passar pelo maior transtorno da minha vida, estava visitando Recife e precisei ir ao aeroporto no carro alugado que eu estava, errei a entrada e entrei no estacionamento, já na portaria tinha uma placa dizendo que para entrar pagava 10,00 reais, não tinha retorno, então entrei, e fui direto para saída não permanecendo nem 2 minutos, fui barrado na porta dizendo que eu teria que pagar a entrada no estacionamento, mesmo não utilizando nenhuma vaga, o gerente Romulo que estava na hora, não se disponibilizou a resolver o problema, dizendo que era norma da empresa e que tinha uma placa avisando que teria que pagar. Minha revolta é que tive que pagar uma coisa que não utilizei, e a empresa não se disponibilizou a resolver o problema, me senti lesado e roubado.
