Lousy service, girls at the reception all thick, none polite. Employees seemed to be unwilling owners. I don't recommend not offering the basics of a breakfast.

Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o atendimento, embora para atendente pouca tenha ligado pra minha reclamação.
Comprei duas coxinhas de frango com catupiry e dois cafés em um total de R$44,00 desse simples lanche. Para minha surpresa uma das coxinhas, a que minha esposa comeu um pedaço, não tinha catupiry.
Reclamei com a atendente e ela disse que a coxinha já havia sido mordida e por isso ela não trocaria.
Pagar R$ 13,20 numa coxinha e não ser a que vc pediu e ainda não trocar porque havia mordido nela é no mínimo uma desconsideração com o cliente.

I was extremely disappointed with the service, although for little attendant I did not call my complaint.
I bought two chicken drumsticks with catupiry and two coffees for a total of R $ 44.00 for this simple snack. To my surprise, one of the drumsticks, the one my wife ate a piece of, had no catupiry.
I complained to the attendant and she said that the coxinha had already been bitten and therefore she would not change.
Paying R $ 13.20 on a coxinha and not being the one you asked for and still not changing it because you had bitten on it is at least a disregard for the customer.

Poor service from the person who was at the cashier. It exuded ill will. Service charge for bringing coffee to the table, and I asked for it at the counter???? Okay, unnecessary, but okay, right?!

Parece a propósito, pois já ocorreu 2 vezes comigo e 1 vez com uma amiga. E quando vc reclama eles ficam zombando. Desrespeito com o cliente.Nunca mais compro lá. Nao recomendo nem pros inimigos.
Bad experience! They do not deliver the invoice to the customer and when you request it, the computer simply crashes. It seems by the way, as it has happened 2 times with me and 1 time with a friend. And when you complain they are mocking. Disrespect for the customer. I never buy there again. I don't even recommend it to enemies.
