★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá, paguei quase 4 mil reais, buscaram 1 lado do sofá pra arrumar, quando deu problema no outro lado não respondem mensagens, ligações, falam que retorna mas não retornam, pra vender é uma maravilha mas são sofás de péssima qualidade. Vive quebrando, a madeira é das piores!!
I bought a sofa, I paid almost 4 thousand reais, they looked for 1 side of the sofa to fix it, when there was a problem on the other side, they don't answer messages, calls, they say they return but they don't return, to sell it's a wonder but they are poor quality sofas. It keeps breaking, the wood is the worst!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, o sofá não condiz com a propaganda, a vendedora disse que o produto tinha percintas italianas, espuma com densidade da espuma D 33, porém o sofá é um lixo em menos de 9 meses a espuma já era e a as cintas cederam, vc só sente a madeira, liguei na loja e disseram que era a característica do produto e me ofereceram um de quase 4 mil reais, imaginei se este não é o prometido não dá para acreditar no que virá.
Bad, the sofa does not match the advertisement, the seller said that the product had Italian straps, foam with D 33 foam density, but the sofa is garbage in less than 9 months the foam was gone and the straps gave way, you just feel the wood, I called the store and they said it was the characteristic of the product and they offered me one of almost 4 thousand reais, I imagined if this is not what was promised, I can't believe what will come.
