Como a empresa se negou a trocar precisei resolver o problema com pillow top. Fui a Euro Colchões do Mooca Plaza. Lá encontrei um excelente consultor, o Walter, que me orientou e apresentou as melhores soluções. O pillow top que comprei resolveu o meu problema, é confortabilíssimo. ! Indico a marca, a loja e o consultor Walter com certeza!

As the company refused to change it, I had to solve the problem with a pillow top. I went to Euro Mattresses at Mooca Plaza. There I met an excellent consultant, Walter, who guided me and presented the best solutions. The pillow top I bought solved my problem, it's very comfortable. ! I recommend the brand, the store and the consultant Walter for sure!

Meçam direitinho isso!!!) Tivemos que trocar o produto, a loja deu um mega apoio e no final deu tudo certo! Melhores colchões que eu já dormi! Compramos conjunto cama, cabeceira e colchão para casal e dois colchões de solteiro para hospedamos a minhas afilhadas... Elas adoraram e falaram que quando vierem para São Paulo só querem ficar conosco! <3
The service was wonderful and the producer amazing! We had problems with the delivery (the double bed we bought didn't fit in the elevator and didn't even go through the stairs! Measure it right!!!) We had to change the product, the store gave a huge support and in the end everything worked out! Best mattresses I've ever slept on! We bought a set of bed, headboard and mattress for a couple and two single mattresses to host my goddaughters... They loved it and said that when they come to São Paulo they just want to stay with us! <3

O atendimento na loja pelo Walter foi um primor, soube me mostrar com paciência as opções, soube respeitar meu limite para o gasto e com um bom produto.
