A empresa entra em contato com a gente assim que fazemos o pedido e nos dão todos os suporte. Sem contar que o valor do câmbio estava melhor do que em sites que pesquisei.
I was afraid to buy because I didn't know the site. But in the end it worked out and my purchase was available the same day. The company gets in touch with us as soon as we place the order and they give us all the support. Not to mention that the exchange rate was better than on sites I researched.

Morei em vários países por mais de 10 anos. Já fui cliente de muitas casas de exchange, dependendo do pais o qual eu residi.
Só tenho elogios para Exchange Cambio! Minha primeira experiencia com eles foi para realizar o pagamento de um curso de culinária na Australia, eles me auxiliaram na transferencia do valor para escola e outras despesas referente ao visto e acomodação. Para minha surpresa, o visto foi negado e tive que pedir reembolso dos valores. O atendente Vitor, sempre muito prestativo e simpático, me ajudou com todo o processo, e apesar dos depósitos terem apresentado alguns problemas, sempre me senti muito bem acolhida e atendida pela equipe que não mediu esforços para me auxiliar.
Agora estou aplicando para um visto no Canada e o Atendente Vitor esta novamente me auxiliando. Muito obrigada!

I lived in several countries for over 10 years. I've been a customer of many exchange houses, depending on the country I live in.
I have nothing but praise for Exchange Cambio! My first experience with them was to pay for a cooking course in Australia, they helped me transfer money to school and other expenses related to visa and accommodation. To my surprise, the visa was denied and I had to ask for a refund. The attendant Vitor, always very helpful and friendly, helped me with the whole process, and although the deposits had some problems, I always felt very welcomed and attended by the team that spared no effort to help me.
Now I am applying for a visa in Canada and Vitor is helping me again. Thank you!
I highly recommend this company, you can trust!
