★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bem ruim, por duas vezes iniciei o contato pelo Whatsapp e me deixaram mais de uma hora sem retorno em meio a conversa.
Não voltarei a utilizar os serviços, há diversas corretoras no mercado e um atendimento respeitoso é o mínimo que deveriam realizar para manter a base de clientes.
Considerando os demais comentários, há um ano atrás os serviços eram bem avaliados, desta forma talvez seja o momento de treinar a equipe para voltar a realizar um bom trabalho!
The service is very bad, twice started the contact through Whatsapp and left me more than an hour without return in the middle of the conversation.
I will not use the services again, there are several brokerages in the market and respectful service is the minimum they should do to maintain the customer base.
Considering the other comments, a year ago the services were well evaluated, so maybe it's time to train the team to do a good job again!
