Atendente informa que ted leva ate 3 horas para compensar inclusive documentado por email.
Telefone para saber a respeito da compensacao a mesma informa que bao recebeu o comprovante.
Encaminho por 3x o email para esta atendente e retorno a ligacao para saber se recebeu.
Outro atendente informa que recebeu o email e que agora leva 4h para compensacao e culpa o meu banco pela demora.
Informo que a empresa nao cumpre com o que esta documentado em email.
Nos faz perder tempo e atendente grossseira.
Nao recomendo.
Espero receber o combinado uma vez que o dinheiro ja foi transferido para esta empresa.

Attendant informs that ted takes up to 3 hours to compensate including documented by email.
Call to find out about the compensation, the same person informs you that you have received the receipt.
I forward the email to this attendant 3x and return the call to see if it has been received.
Another attendant informs that he received the email and that now it takes 4h to compensate and blame my bank for the delay.
I inform you that the company does not comply with what is documented in email.
It makes us waste time and a rough attendant.
I do not recommend.
I hope to receive the agreement once the money has already been transferred to this company.

Thanks for finally switching to the normal exchange rate, the airport's 1 USD = 2.7, here 3.7. There is a small shop in the food area on the second floor of the store. Only getmoney is open on holidays. The other exchange rates should not be much different. Today is 2/24 Sunday
