★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL NÃO RECOMENDO. ESPEREI 8 MESES PRA CONSULTA E NO FINAL ME TRATARAM MUITO MAL DIZENDO QUE NÃO TINHA MARCADO. ME FIZERAM PASSAR POR MENTIROSAS ATE EU PROVAR POR MEIO DA GRAVAÇÃO AUDIO ELES FALANDO COMINGO. ATENÇÃO EQUIPE MUITO RUIM.
HORRIBLE NOT RECOMMEND. I WAITED 8 MONTHS FOR CONSULTATION AND AT THE END I WAS TREATED VERY EVIL SAYING THAT I DIDN'T MARKED. THEY MADE ME PASS THROUGH LIARS UNTIL I PROVE THROUGH AUDIO RECORDING THEY SPEAKING COMINGO. ATTENTION VERY BAD TEAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com os pacientes, é uma demora interminável. fiz um exame cedo, mas como necessito de declaração de comparecimento para entregar no meu trabalho, fiquei uma hora e meia esperando a declaração, pois somente a médica pode assinar a declaração, sendo que não fiz o exame com a médica e sim com as atendentes que são super prestativas. Sendo que em outras clinicas as próprias atendentes lhe entregam a declaração, e o paciente não sofre, não se estressa, ....
Lack of respect for patients is an endless delay. I did an exam early, but since I need a declaration of attendance to deliver on my work, I spent an hour and a half waiting for the statement, because only the doctor can sign the statement, and I did not take the exam with the doctor, but with the attendants who are super helpful. Being that in other clinics the attendants themselves deliver the statement, and the patient does not suffer, does not stress, ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E uma falta de respeito com o ser humano ,fiquei 3 meses pra levar um exame pra Dr Andreia Pinheiro a consulta agenda pra 08:00 da manhã e já são 09:30 e fui na recepção reclamar ,e olha o que elas me dra falaram se você não quiser aguardar mas a Dr liga pra você e fala o Resultado.
Olha o absurdo e falta de respeito com as pessoas neste lugar ! Não indico profissionais que tratam seus pacientes com tanta falta de respeito.
Infelizmente aguardei 3 meses para o resultado importante do exame da minha filha ,exames esses que acredito que pra eles tanto faz ou tanto fez !!!
Porque o que eles visam e quando você passa seu cartão do plano de saúde isso sim importa pra eles !

And a lack of respect for the human being, I stayed 3 months to take an exam to Dr Andreia Pinheiro, the appointment schedule for 08:00 in the morning and it is already 09:30 and I went to the reception to complain, and look what they told me if you don't want to wait but Dr calls you and says the result.
Look at the absurdity and lack of respect for people in this place! I don't recommend professionals who treat their patients with such lack of respect.
Unfortunately, I waited 3 months for the important result of my daughter's exam, which I believe does not matter to them either!
Because what they aim for and when you pass your health plan card it does matter to them!
Where's the love for the profession?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!!!!! Estava com um bebê de colo de apenas 2 meses, me falaram que a consulta era horário marcado e quando cheguei, fiquei esperando horas e horas. Quando fui questionar na recepção a longa espera, me disseram que é ordem de chegada. Me passam a informação errada, e o pior não é nem isso. 3 pacientes que chegaram depois de mim, passaram na minha frente. Cheguei 11h, e fui atendida 13:20. Não recomendo pra ninguém!!!! Péssimo péssimo péssimo!!!!
Horrible!!!!!! I had a baby in my arms of just 2 months, I was told that the appointment was scheduled and when I arrived, I was waiting hours and hours. When I went to question the reception at the long wait, I was told that it is a first come, first served basis. They give me the wrong information, and the worst is not even that. 3 patients who arrived after me, passed in front of me. I arrived at 11 am, and was answered 13:20. I don't recommend it to anyone !!!! Lousy lousy lousy !!!!
