★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui obrigada a dar uma estrela, para poder falar da experiência que minha mãe teve nessa clínica péssimo atendimento minha mãe ficou mais de uma hora para pegar o laudo médico que e de direito do paciente e a médica não explicou nada a respeito do laudo as recepcionista mal humoradas minha mãe teve um péssimo atendimento afinal era só para pegar um laudo médico e mais nada.

My mother stayed more than an hour to get the medical report, which is the patient's right, and the doctor did not explain anything about the report to the receptionists. in a bad mood my mother had a terrible service after all it was just to get a medical report and nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desorganizado. Não fica uma pessoa na portaria do prédio para orientar as pessoas encaminhadas pelo SUS. As pessoas tem subir até o andar informado no encaminhamento e lá são informadas que precisam retornar para o lado de fora para esperar uma senha dada pela própria atendente, que desce esporadicamente pra entregar os números. A organização da fila fica a critério dos próprios pacientes. Enfim...Muitos são idosos com mobilidade reduzida e mereciam um atendimento melhor, que demonstrasse mais respeito com as pessoas.
Disorganized service. There is not a person at the entrance of the building to guide people referred by SUS. People have to go up to the floor informed in the referral and there they are informed that they need to go back outside to wait for a password given by the attendant, who comes down sporadically to deliver the numbers. The organization of the queue is at the discretion of the patients themselves. Anyway...Many are elderly people with reduced mobility and deserved better care, showing more respect for people.

I asked for my exam result to be emailed at 9:58 am and still nothing. I called 3x and on the last attempt I was told the unit would call me. It's 5:27 pm and nothing.
