★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na fabrica e encomendei um viveiro grande. Me pediram 15 de prazo pra entrega, prometendo entregar antes. Tentei diversos contatos telefonicos nos telefones disponibilizados por eles, porem sem sucesso. Estive por 4 vezes na fabrica e cada hora era uma desculpa diferente. Após 59 dias resolvi cancelar o pedido. Fiquei chateado, pois se tive o trabalho de ir lá por 5x é pq realmente eu queria o produto.
I was at the factory and ordered a large nursery. I was asked for a delivery deadline of 15, promising to deliver before. I tried several phone contacts on the phones provided by them, but without success. I went to the factory four times and each hour was a different excuse. After 59 days I decided to cancel the order. I was upset, because if I had the trouble to go there for 5x it is because I really wanted the product.
