Só tenho elogios pelo trabalho da equipe.
O atendimento foi muito transparente e esclarecedor. De início, fui atendido por duas corretoras que apresentaram as informações sobre o imóvel, condomínio e bairro. Durante a visita, souberam respeitar o momento de reflexão, se distanciando para oferecerem privacidade e aproximando-se para os esclarecimentos necessários.
A gerente foi muito segura nos trâmites burocráticos. Agilizou a aprovação do crédito do financiamento. A Equipe do pós venda responde com agilidade e segurança nas informações.
Gostei muito das atualizações do processo administrativo ser informatizado. Consigo ver pelo site, através de login e senha individual, e também recebo por e-mail as descrições das etapas burocráticas conforme são feitas pela imobiliária

I only have praise for the team's work.
The service was very transparent and enlightening. At first, I was attended by two brokers who presented information about the property, condominium and neighborhood. During the visit, they knew how to respect the moment of reflection, moving away to offer privacy and getting closer for the necessary clarifications.
The manager was very secure in the bureaucratic procedures. It speeded up the approval of the financing credit. The after sales team responds with agility and security in the information.
I really enjoyed the updates of the administrative process being computerized. I can see on the website, through individual login and password, and I also receive by e-mail the descriptions of the bureaucratic steps as they are done by the real estate company.
Super recommended!

Desculpe a demora para o feedback, estou em uma correria só.
No meu processo de visita até a assinatura dos documentos, fui super bem assistida pela empresa.
Primeiramente pelas irmãos Cristina e Cristiane que tiveram uma super paciência comigo e me mostraram o imóveis todas as vezes que pedi, me deram todo o suporte, me explicaram todo o processo e ficaram comigo me auxiliando o tempo todo.
A Andreia da parte de contratos também foi um anjo, ela me orientou, me explicou todo o processo e me auxiliou em todos os passos, pois essa foi a primeira vez que alugo uma casa, então sou bem leiga no assunto. Ela teve uma paciência de Jó e um carinho muito grande comigo.
As três tem um atendimento com profissionalismo, responsável e absurdamente competentes. Mas não deixando de ser um atendimento humanizado, o que hoje em dia pra mim faz toda a diferença.
Agradeço as 3 colaboradoras da empresa que foram tops comigo.

In my visit process until the documents were signed, I was very well assisted by the company.
Firstly, by the brothers Cristina and Cristiane who were super patient with me and showed me the property every time I asked, gave me all the support, explained the whole process and stayed with me helping me all the time.
Andreia from the contracts part was also an angel, she guided me, explained the whole process and helped me in all the steps, because this was the first time I rent a house, so I'm a layman on the subject. She had the patience of Job and a great affection for me.
The three have a professional, responsible and absurdly competent service. But still being a humanized service, which nowadays for me makes all the difference.
I thank the 3 employees of the company who were tops with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento por intermédio desta imobiliária e tive uma experiência muito ruim com o seu pós-venda. Não volto a fazer negócio com ela.
O Gerente de Vendas só foi proativo até coletar as assinaturas do contrato de promessa de compra e venda junto com o sinal de dezenas de milhares de reais, referente a 10% do imóvel. Depois disso, não atendia mais meus telefonemas nem respondia minhas mensagens no Whatsapp. Só consegui seu novo contato 2 meses depois, indo até a sede da imobiliária. Ele alegou dificuldades em trocar o número de celular e tinha acabado de pegar um novo. Achei estranho um profissional de vendas ficar tanto tempo sem um novo contato.
Eu não precisaria falar com ele depois da assinatura se ele não tivesse me deixado aos cuidados de um atendente de pós-venda que por várias vezes não atendeu minhas ligações, por várias vezes não respondeu minhas mensagens e não tinha a inciativa de entrar em contato com as partes para agilizar o processo, que a esta altura já tinha particularidades que demandavam uma maior atenção por parte da imobiliária.
A única que demonstrou alguma diligência foi a Gerente Executiva, mas somente depois de eu formalizar uma reclamação para a empresa com a exigência de distrato e devolução do sinal. Ela sim se comunicava com as partes e os gerentes dos bancos para "desatar os nós" e dar andamento ao processo. Era isso que eu esperava do pós-venda e/ou do Gerente de Vendas desde o início.
E pra finalizar, anteontem, no dia da assinatura da escritura na Caixa, ninguém da imobiliária apareceu para acompanhar o processo.
Se você quer comprar algum imóvel por intermédio dessa imobiliária, meu conselho é que você conte com a assessoria de algum especialista do ramo. Porque, pela minha experiência, tive a impressão que a Família Bacellar só vai se esforçar para colher sua assinatura e receber o seu dinheiro (sinal).
Para todo o resto, você que se vire.

The Sales Manager was only proactive until he collected the signatures of the promissory purchase and sale agreement along with the down payment of tens of thousands of reais, referring to 10% of the property. After that, he no longer answered my phone calls or responded to my WhatsApp messages. I only got his new contact 2 months later, going to the real estate office. He claimed difficulties in changing his cell phone number and had just gotten a new one. I found it strange for a sales professional to go so long without a new contact.
I wouldn't have needed to talk to him after the subscription if he hadn't left me in the care of an after-sales agent who several times didn't answer my calls, several times didn't answer my messages and didn't have the initiative to contact the parties to speed up the process, which at this point already had particularities that demanded greater attention from the real estate company.
The only one who showed some diligence was the Executive Manager, but only after I formalized a complaint to the company with the demand for cancellation and return of the down payment. She did communicate with the parties and the bank managers to "untie the knots" and move the process forward. This is what I expected from the after-sales and/or Sales Manager from the beginning.
And finally, the day before yesterday, on the day the deed was signed at Caixa, no one from the real estate company showed up to accompany the process.
If you want to buy a property through this real estate agency, my advice is that you rely on the advice of a specialist in the field. Because, from my experience, I got the impression that the Bacellar Family will only make an effort to collect your signature and receive your money (down payment).
For everything else, it's up to you.
