★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pela internet, paguei a vista e ficou em crédito um valor. Quando fui pedir esse valor em produtos, o gerente Anderson simplesmente me enrola e não me manda os produtos. Toda hora inventa uma desculpa nova e não me envia a mercadoria.
 I made a purchase over the internet, paid the cash and a value was credited. When I went to ask for this value in products, the manager Anderson simply rolls me up and doesn't send me the products. Every time he makes up a new excuse and doesn't send me the goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos vendedores, já visitei a loja por algumas vezes, sempre tentando trocar de vendedor, para saber se iria ser atendido bem...em nenhuma das vezes fui bem atendido...os vendedores parecem que estão fazendo favor...talvez não recebam comissão...espero que melhorem...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço do produto não fica exposto, fui pra saber o preço de uma porta, tive que aguardar pra ser atendida ,sentar na cadeira pra ver o vendedor verificar ainda no sistema, sendo que seria mais prático o preço já no produto.

Não tem transparência com o cliente , e só passam informação de que o material que você compra vem da matriz , depois que você fecha a compra .
Se estiver precisando do material pra pronta entrega , pergunte ao vendedor antes de fechar a compra , pois corre o risco de ficar esperando o material chegar e você pode atrasar seu trabalho se tiver prazo.
Terrible.
There is no transparency with the customer, and only pass on information that the material you buy comes from the headquarters, after you close the purchase.
If you need the material for prompt delivery, ask the seller before closing the purchase, as you risk waiting for the material to arrive and you can delay your work if you have a deadline.
