★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando contratamos há uns 8 meses atrás, quase não tínhamos problemas. No entanto, de uns 3 meses pra cá a qualidade do serviço está péssima, caindo quase todos os dias e o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Só estou no aguardo de um concorrente melhor que me atenda.
When we hired about 8 months ago, we had almost no problems. However, for about 3 months now, the quality of the service is terrible, falling almost every day and the service leaves much to be desired. I'm just waiting for a better competitor to serve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tiver outra opção pegue! Pois suporte aqui é ZERO. Má vontade principalmente de quem atende pelo whatsapp é 1000. E depois das 17:00 ja era suporte de NADA. Não recomendo. Até os 15 mb da OI era melhor pelo menos eu podia ligar qualquer horario e resolvem o problema. :(
If you have another option take it! For support here is ZERO. The bad will of those who attend by whatsapp is 1000. And after 17:00 it was already NOTHING support. I do not recommend. Even the 15 mb of OI was better, at least I could call any time and solve the problem. :(

No ínicio tive uma ruim experiência, depois que mudei pra fibra melhorou 200%. Mas... Hoje dia 29/11/2018 ja faz 5 dias que estou sem internet e até o momento nada de resolverem! Ja liguei milhares de vezes, ja mandei mesngmen no WhatsApp, ja fui até a loja e nada! Completa faz de respeito com o consumidor! Péssimo!

At first I had a bad experience, after I switched to fiber it improved 200%. But ... Today 11/29/2018 it has been 5 days since I have no internet and so far nothing to solve! I've called thousands of times, I've sent messages on WhatsApp, I've been to the store and nothing! Complete respect for the consumer! Terrible!

E a atendente ,não passa as informações,com intuito de solucionar o problema é sempre tendo que verificar quando o técnico voltar .

Não recomendo nem para meus inimigos.
