★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 12 de setiembre, tour a Petrópolis, (*Htel Vermont),la guia nos dejo a 3 personas 2 hs. en la cerveceria Bohemia, (cuando el paseo duró menos de una hora), el viaje no se completó, no hicimos el tur de compras ,me cambiõ de asiento sin consultar y perdi todos los folletos que había adquirido....muy poco profesional y muy autoritaria y maleducada la guia....no recomendaría esa agencia.....
 On September 12, tour to Petrópolis, (* Htel Vermont), the guide left us 3 people 2 hours. In the Bohemia brewery, (when the ride lasted less than an hour), the trip was not completed, we did not do the shopping tour, I changed seats without consulting and lost all the leaflets I had acquired .... very unprofessional. and very authoritative and impolite the guide .... I would not recommend that agency .....

O motorista Marcos e o Cesar nota 10. O guia Casio. E a pessoa que me atendeu desdo primeiro contato até o dia dia de volta que foi fundamental para tudo sair perfeito CHEILA. Parabéns pelo trabalho. Pode ter certeza que agora tem uma cliente fiel. Muito obrigada.
I went with a group of 17 people from 27.11 to 03.12. It was just perfect. Punctuality, tours, service in general.

Les recomiendo a ojos cerrados cuando viajen a Río, contactar a esta Agencia y pedir a Claudia como vuestra guía.
An unforgettable experience. The Tourist Guide that I had to meet, Claudia, I do not know her last name. I cannot help but congratulate her for her great enpathy, knowledge and great charm. A beautiful woman.
I recommend you blindly when you travel to Rio, contact this Agency and ask Claudia as your guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o passeio para Petrópolis, onibus estava lotado,sem nenhuma preocupação com a pandemia, quando paramos na loja de chocolate a guia disse que ficariamos 25 minutos na loja
Foi permanecido la 1 hora,
A guia explicava as coisas no onibus e nao conseguiamos escutar quase nada
Nao recomendo
I took the tour to Petrópolis, the bus was packed, with no concern for the pandemic, when we stopped at the chocolate shop the guide said we would stay 25 minutes at the store
It stayed for 1 hour,
The guide explained things on the bus and we couldn't hear almost anything
I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem equipados, o que varia são os guias. Primeiro dia peguei a melhor guia do mundo, super explicativa, simpática, alegre, e com um motorista otimo, mas no segundo dia foi um guia sem vontade, antipático, estressado e o pior motorista que já vi.
Well equipped, what varies are the guides. First day I got the best guide in the world, super explanatory, friendly, cheerful, and with a great driver, but on the second day it was an unwilling, unfriendly, stressed guide and the worst driver I've ever seen.
