★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço pós-venda. Me entregaram o carro sem a chave reserva e com a bomba de gasolina com defeito. Me informaram que a chave reserva seria enviada por sedex, já se passaram 15 dias e nada.
Trocaram a bomba, mas esqueceram de vedar o tanque e agora está vazando gasolina dentro do carro colocando a minha vida e da minha família em perigo. Irresponsáveis.
Terrible after-sales service. The car was delivered to me without the spare key and with a faulty gas pump. They informed me that the reserve key would be sent by sedex, it's been 15 days and nothing.
They changed the pump, but forgot to seal the tank and now gas is leaking into the car putting my life and my family in danger. Irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós vendas péssimo, o carro tem multas do antigo proprietário, eu tive que escutar que eu tenho que entender que o detran ficou fechado, não eu não tenho que entender uma vez que já estou lidando com isso desde o pagamento do IPVA , venho comunicando a loja das multas, normalmente pago o licenciamento junto com o IPVA e dessa vez não pude por conta de multas, preciso viajar com o a carro e tenho que licenciar, não vou pagar por multas que não são minhas, ja entrei em contato com bastante antecedência para que não passasse por esse stresse,

Perguntei o horário do test drive e perguntei até que horas a loja ficava aberta, e a resposta foi: "A loja fica até 19:00 mas não é assim que funciona o test drive, tem horário limite, não é a qualquer hora. Só pode até as16:00. Existem restrições se quiser vir nesse horário ok... ai podemos agendar."
