★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, atendente muito prestativa e atenciosa, na ocasião estava precisando de uma roupa para usar em uma formatura , e a vendedora me atendeu muito bem, sempre que precisar voltarei pois o atendimento é nota 10, ao contrario da loja miroa que fica no mesmo shopping sei que é deselegante citar o nome da loja, mas o atendimento é péssimo as atendentes além de não terem simpatia, todas com a cara fechada não estão nem aí para o cliente nota 0.Ao contrario da loja filomena que é excelente em atendimento e as roupas que são muito estilosas.

Tive um inconveniente com uma calça comprada e, ao retornar à loja, a atendente não pensou 2 vezes para efetuar a troca, mesmo estando com prazo superior a 30 dias. Não pediu o produto para enviar para análise ou algodo tipo, simplesmente trocou de imediato. Com toda certeza, fiselizaram uma cliente!
Attention of excellence !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito das roupas, achei lindas. Porém tive uma experiência desagradável com a vendedora Leila hoje.
Eu e minha mãe fomos conhecer a loja e no início do atendimento ela foi super simpática e prestativa. Porém, minha mãe ficou na dúvida se ela queria o vestido dessa loja ou uma outra roupa que ela ja tinha visto. Dissemos então que iríamos pensar e que qualquer coisa voltávamos. Pronto! A vendedora Leila fechou a cara e achou ruim que não levamos. Com esse comportamento dela, quase não voltamos à loja para comprar o tal vestido. Mas, minha mae gostou e não deixei que a má atitude da Leila influenciasse. Voltamos à loja e ela quase não nos deu atenção. Após a venda, comentei com ela sobre a atitude e falei que deixaria uma dica, já que por conta dela quase não levamos o produto. Ela simplesmente disse que não entendeu. Enfim....deixo meu descontentamento com o atendimento e também deixo a dica para a loja: verifiquem suas vendedoras, ensinem que o consumidor tem o direito de pensar sobre a venda, tem o direito de experimentar e decidir não levar e de qualquer maneira tem o direito de ser bem atendido do início ao final da venda.
I really liked the clothes, I thought they were beautiful. But I had an unpleasant experience with the saleswoman Leila today.

The seller Leila frowned and thought it was bad that we didn't take it. With her behavior, we hardly went back to the store to buy that dress. But my mother liked it and I didn't let Leila's bad attitude influence her. We walked back to the store and she barely paid us any attention. After the sale, I talked to her about the attitude and said that I would leave a tip, since on account of her we hardly take the product. She simply said she didn't understand. Anyway.... I leave my dissatisfaction with the service and I also leave the tip for the store: check your sellers, teach that the consumer has the right to think about the sale, has the right to experiment and decide not to take it anyway has the right to be well attended from the beginning to the end of the sale.
