★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou insatisfeito com o atendimento ou melhor o não atendimento,da loja do shopping internacional, os vendedores não dão atenção, deixei de comprar lá por falta de interesse dos vendedores, uma pena né pq a maioria recebe comissão! Fui comprar no concorrente!
Para os contratantes avaliar melhor os vendedores na contratação, pq pelo jeito eles tem clientes certos para atender!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 29/12/19 efetuei um compra no valor 1.000 reais unidade do shopping Internacional Guarulhos. No ato de compra fui informado pelo vendedor que estaria ganhado o bônus no valor de 150 Reais, no qual eu poderia trocar por qualquer produto da loja. Alguns dias depois voltei na loja para retirar o produto no valor informado, e simplesmente me informaram que eu teria que comprar algum acima de deste valor, para abater o que eu havia escolhido no valor de 190 reais; ai simplesmente o rapaz que me atendeu, que diz que é Gerente me falou que tinha que ser uma compra acima de 300 reais. Achei um absurdo pois era 3 vezes que eu estava indo a loja e eles simplesmente me enrolaram. Simplesmente foi PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!!!!!!!!!! QUANDO ELES QUEREM VENDER.. INVENTAM QUALQUER COISA PARA CONVENCER O CLIENTE Á LEVAR O PRODUTO.. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Ainda sair como se eu estivesse entendido errado.. NUNCA MAIS COMPRO NDA NESTA LOJA.
On 12/29/19 I made a purchase in the amount of 1,000 reais per unit of the Internacional Guarulhos mall. At the time of purchase I was informed by the seller that the bonus in the amount of 150 Reais would be earned, in which I could exchange for any product in the store. A few days later I went back to the store to pick up the product at the value informed, and they simply informed me that I would have to buy something above this value, to discount what I had chosen in the amount of 190 reais; there simply the guy who answered me, who says he is a manager, told me it had to be a purchase above 300 reais. I thought it was absurd because it was 3 times that I was going to the store and they just rolled me up. It was simply MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT !!!!!!!!!!! WHEN THEY WANT TO SELL .. INVENT ANYTHING TO CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE THE PRODUCT .. LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. Still leaving as if I was misunderstood .. NEVER BUY NDA IN THIS STORE.
