★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei minha carretilha Daiwa para manutencao, estava funcionando perfeitamente. Apos a primeira pescaria feita com a carretilha notei que ao pescar o peixe o carretel nao estava travando e girando em falso.
Voltei na loja e conversei com o filho do dono e por sinal ja nao era facil de lidar com a pessoa, gostava da loja pelo pai que era uma pessoa muito boa mesmo. Enfim, reclamacao em vao e deixei passar em consideracao ao dono da loja.
Apos muitos anos, voltei a investigar a possivel fallha da carretilha e com mais atencao descobri que a engrenagem principal esta com os dentes danificados e por esse motivo o giro em falso do carretel.
Resumindo, NAO INDICO NENHUM SERVICO DE MANUTENCAO DE EQUIPAMENTO DE PESCA NESTA LOJA.
PS.
A carretilha era NOVA e NAO APRESENTAVA ESSE PROBLEMA quando foi enviado para somente uma limpeza e manutencao. Essa engrenagem de alguma forma nao estava nessas condicoes. Nao se preocupe pois agora que sei do problema ja encomendei as pecas e EU mesmo vou fazer a minha manutencao.

I sent my Daiwa reel for maintenance, it was working perfectly. After the first fishing done with the reel I noticed that when fishing the fish the reel was not locking and spinning in false.
I went back to the store and talked to the owner's son and by the way it was no longer easy to deal with the person, I liked the store because of the father who was a very good person. Anyway, the complaint was in vain and I let it pass in consideration to the owner of the store.
After many years, I went back to investigating the possible failure of the reel and with more attention found that the main gear had damaged teeth and for this reason the reel's false rotation.
In summary, I DO NOT INDICATE ANY FISHING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN THIS STORE.
PS.
The reel was NEW and DID NOT PRESENT THIS PROBLEM when it was sent for cleaning and maintenance only. This gear somehow was not in that condition. Don't worry because now that I know about the problem I already ordered the parts and I will do my maintenance myself.
