Anotaram errado um pedido feito pessoalmente, cobraram, paguei , não sabia que estava pagando o valor errado, pois cobravam parte do que foi solicitado e quando questionei, após a entrega (que também não foi cumprida no prazo, entregue por partes) ainda fui destratada, mais de uma vez e aí também saí para discussões , e xingamentos.E o pior NÃO ENTREGARAM A NOTA FISCAL DA COMPRA FEITA, Primeiro estava com defeito o PC e até agora nada. Eles precisam fazer treinamento de atender clientes.É um favor atender???Favor é a pessoa comprar lá. Eu nunca mais. Aguardo a entrega das NOTAS FISCAIS.
Terrible attendance. Wrongly noted a request made in person, charged, I paid, I did not know I was paying the wrong amount, as they charged part of what was requested and when I questioned it, after delivery (which was also not met on time, delivered by parts) I was still dislodged , more than once and there I also went out for discussions, and swearing. They need to do training to serve customers. Is it a favor to serve ??? I will never again. I await the delivery of TAX NOTES.

Mas parece que parou no tempo, local do tempo do meu avô. Sempre recebi um bom atendimento de todos, com a observação da mocinha que nem sempre o atendimento é bom.
