★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 06/08/21 falei com a atendente Graziela é a 2x que tento falar com um atendente, elas pedem para aguardar deixa uma musica tocando e qdo retorna, fala que vai encerrar a ligação por falta de contato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente essa nota é por apenas um motivo: não disponibilizar imagens de exames para acesso via internet! Ainda mais exames de rastreio de CÂNCER e doenças potencialmente mortais. Entregar as imagens por correspondência não só é um absurdo em pleno 2020, mas também é algo que atrasa e dificulta o diagnóstico precoce e conduta da equipe médica, podendo comprometer as chances de sucesso do tratamento e até a sobrevida do paciente.
Realmente decepcionante e peço encarecidamente que revejam isso, pelo bem do Fleury e, principalmente, pelo bem dos PACIENTES que depositam sua confiança e esperança nesse laboratório.
Honestly, this note is for just one reason: do not provide exam images for internet access! Even more screening tests for CANCER and potentially deadly diseases. Delivering the images by mail is not only absurd in the middle of 2020, but it is also something that delays and hinders the early diagnosis and conduct of the medical team, which can compromise the chances of successful treatment and even the patient's survival.
Really disappointing and I ask you to review it, for the sake of Fleury and, mainly, for the sake of PATIENTS who place their trust and hope in this laboratory.

° Para comecar nao se pode agendar pelo app.
° Para ligar tem que tentar muitas vezes, e depois esperar a boa vontade de algum atendente.
° O sistema sempre esta fora do ar
° Em media demora 1 hora para conseguir agendar um exame
° E eu ainda ouvi que tem unidades que sao melhores que outras, o certo nao seria todas as unidades terem o meso padrao de qualidade...
° Isso sem fala que nunca te atendem no horario marcada
UMA ABSOLUTA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS CLIENTE
THAT PQ SAO OR CHARGE AS THE BEST !!!

Vazia (cheguei cedo), tudo limpo e organizado, profissionais competentes e café da manhã muito melhor que o de minha casa.
Mantém o nível da marca Fleury nas alturas.

Desde a recepção, muito educada e super ágil, até o exame de intolerância a lactose na qual a profissional foi cuidadosa e muito atenciosa em todos os detalhes. Gente nota mil para essas profissionais incríveis!!! Recomendo demais a unidade!
No words for the excellent service I received at this unit. From the reception, very polite and super agile, to the lactose intolerance exam in which the professional was careful and very attentive in every detail.
