★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos melhores laboratórios da região! Sempre fui atendida com muita educação, cordialidade e muito rápido. Faço todos os meus exames laboratoriais aqui. O resultado sempre saí no mesmo dia ou no mais tardar no dia seguinte. Toda a equipe, principalmente as enfermeiras, é muito competente. Perdi o trauma de tirar sangue :D
One of the best laboratories in the region! I have always been attended with a lot of politeness, cordiality and very fast. I do all my lab tests here. The result always came out on the same day or at the latest the next day. The entire team, especially the nurses, is very competent. I missed the trauma of drawing blood :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Além do preço exorbitante, o canal de comunicação é horrível. Prometeram o resultado PCR Covid até as 16 hs e já são 21 hs. Não dão satisfação.
Não recomendo.
Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou nesse laboratório para exames e ultimamente tenho feito muitos. Hoje fui muito bem atendida e cuidada pela Adriana ( não lembro, mas acho que o sobrenome é Torres) que também me atendeu muito bem em outras ocasiões, inclusive quando tive que tirar 28 frascos de sangue. Hoje, fiz exame de curva de lactose para verificar se tenho intolerância à lactose e nesse exame é necessário 4 retiradas de sangue. Em 0,30,60 e 90 minutos. Ela foi muito zelosa e cuidadosa, colocou a agulha sem doer na veia, me trouxe cobertor e procurou me acomodar da melhor maneira possível. Já havia lido sobre esse exame que algumas pessoas podem ter alguma reação à lactose, mas, comigo foi tranquilo do princípio ao fim. Fui na expectativa de passar mal com reações, mas não tive e a Adriana fez com que a experiência fosse indolor e agradável. Agradeço à Deus pelo cuidado e à Adriana pelo ótimo e humano atendimento. Por mais profissionais assim no mundo. Obrigada! :)
I always go to this lab for exams and lately I've been doing a lot. Today I was very well attended and cared for by Adriana (I don't remember, but I think her surname is Torres) who also treated me very well on other occasions, including when I had to take 28 vials of blood. Today, I took a lactose curve test to check if I have lactose intolerance and this test requires 4 blood draws. At 0,30,60 and 90 minutes. She was very zealous and careful, she placed the needle without hurting the vein, brought me a blanket and tried to accommodate me in the best possible way. I had read about this test that some people may have a reaction to lactose, but it was smooth for me from start to finish. I went expecting to feel sick with reactions, but I didn't and Adriana made the experience painless and pleasant. I thank God for the care and Adriana for the great and human service. For more professionals like that in the world. Thanks! :)
