★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida e tudo foi muito bem explicado, me aconselharam a fazer um seguro que me garantiria a devolução do dinheiro caso minha filha desistisse da viagem. Na hora achei que não precisaria mas acabei fazendo. Foi a melhor coisa que eu fiz pois quando estava chegando próximo a viagem ela não queria mais ir e a forma turismo me reembolsou todo o valor já pago. Fiquei satisfeita!
I was well attended and everything was very well explained, I was advised to take out insurance that would guarantee the money back if my daughter gave up on the trip. At the time I thought I wouldn't need it but I ended up doing it. It was the best thing I did because when I was getting close to the trip she didn't want to go anymore and the tourism form reimbursed me for the amount already paid. I was satisfied!

Esse pessoal já tem carteira de clientes e para eles é indiferente ter qualificacao positiva ou negativa....mas a decepção é muito grande esse a entrega de uma camiseta e ao final da viagem. Se vc tiver problemas, o escritório tem uma porção de funcionários treinados a falar as mesmas coisas que parece um gravador e não estão nem aí com vc. Essa é a realidade!!
Minha filha viajou para Porto Seguro e comentou que na hora de ir embora o hotel cobraram de diversas pessoas a agua que ficava no frigobar, sendo que ninguém tinha tomado. E fora outras coisas como ônibus que tinha que vir em tal horário e não vinha........ Enfim, minha filha disse que o slogan "A melhor viagem da sua vida" deixa a desejar!!! Pela propaganda ela acha que seria minuto melhor!!! Minha filha não recomenda!!
Terrible!! These people already have a customer base and for them it is indifferent to have positive or negative qualification .... but the disappointment is very big that the delivery of a t-shirt and the end of the trip. If you have problems, the office has a lot of staff trained to say the same things as a tape recorder and they don't care about you. This is the reality!!
My daughter traveled to Porto Seguro and commented that at the time of leaving the hotel charged several people the water that was in the fridge, and no one had taken. And other things like buses that had to come at such a time and would not come ........ Anyway, my daughter said that the slogan "The best trip of your life" leaves something to be desired !!! By advertising she thinks it would be better minute !!! My daughter does not recommend !!
