★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!!!!! foi surreal nem devo chamar de atendimento a experiencia que tive, o atendente (Fernando) fez pouco caso de todas as minhas duvidas só ficava apontando os itens sem nenhum tipo de flexibilidade ou explicação do processo, me senti super mal como cliente e sai de lá para comprar em outro lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de estar escrito que a loja fecha às 19h, hoje cheguei por volta faz 18h05 e um dos funcionários me disse que das 18h as 19h só trabalham internamente e só atendem com hora marcada. 1) devem estar bem de vendas, não me atenderam 2) alterem a informação, fecha às 18h então é só atendem com hora marcada. Não volto mais, ia fazer uma bela de uma compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima experiência em todas as etapas de compra via whatsapp. além de ficar diversas vezes sem resposta ao longo da compra, emitiram um pedido com uma data de entrega diferente da que havia combinado com a vendedora (sendo que o pedido só é emitido e entregue por email após o pagamento). precisei acionar o SAC para provar que eu tinha feito um acordo com a vendedora para ter meu pedido entregue no dia acordado. Quando chegou, o pedido veio errado em relação ao que eu havia pedido e que a vendedora confirmou (está tudo registrado na conversa salva), tiveram que levar de volta para trocar, pedindo mais dias para a entrega. Considerando o valor das peças e o tempo pedido para confecção, extremamente decepcionado. Nunca mais compro, mas deixo registrado para que outros clientes saibam o que passei.

Eu tinha visto os modelos na Internet e estava decidida junto com meu decorador a comprar para meu apartamento em sp e para minha casa no interior, pois se encaixavam perfeitamente na ideia da nossa decoração, mas após o descaso da vendedora que só se levantou após eu pedir informações duas vezes sobre os produtos, apenas apontando-os sem mostrá-los ou me esclarecer quanto ao tempo de entrega, infelizmente n irei mais realizar a compra. Os produtos visualmente são ótimos, mas devem ter mais critério quanto a escolha dos funcionários, pois eu não devo ser a única cliente que perderam.

The products are visually great, but they should have more discretion when choosing employees, because I shouldn't be the only customer they lost.
