★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei o ap onde estou faz 1 mês, SÃO PÉSSIMOS! Ap cheio de problema e eles não resolvem, marcam de vir com técnico várias vezes, ficamos em casa esperando e eles não aparecem. No contrato fala sobre avisar sobre problemas no imóvel, que eu fiz no segundo dia, e mesmo assim é uma dificuldade, eles querem empurrar tudo para o inquilino. Já aluguei vários imóveis, já vendemos apartamento, E EU NUNCA VI NA VIDA UMA IMOBILIÁRIA TÃO RUIM! NÃO RECOMENDO! Se querem imóveis na regiao, procurem a LOPES que é na mesma rua e tem um atendimento fantástico! Temos contato direto com Otávio na GJ, INFELIZMENTE.
I rented the ap where I am for 1 month, SÃO PAULO! Ap is full of problems and they don't solve it, they schedule to come with a technician several times, we stay at home waiting and they don't show up. In the contract it talks about notifying about problems in the property, which I did on the second day, and even so it's a difficulty, they want to push everything to the tenant. I've rented several properties, we've already sold apartments, AND I'VE NEVER SEEN A REAL ESTATE SO BAD! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you want real estate in the region, look for LOPES which is on the same street and has a fantastic service! We have direct contact with Otávio at GJ, UNFORTUNATELY.
