Enviei toda documentação é que sigilosa minhas e do fiador e nunca mais me responderam. Atenção não cai nessa imobiliária é fria e não respeitam o consumidor. Farei no órgãos competentes uma reclamação por escrito. (CRECI SP)
Terrible real estate does not respond and no return. I was with Sofia visiting a rental property I spent time and gas. I sent all documentation that is confidential to me and the guarantor and they never answered me again. Attention does not fall on this real estate is cold and does not respect the consumer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliria, fujam dessa imobiliaria. Alugo 2 imóveis com eles e sempre tive problemas para conseguir efetuar o pagamento dos alugueis (que NUNCA foram atrasados nenhum dia), eles emitem boletos com problemas (oi?, isso mesmo) e quando vc liga para avisar e procurar outra forma de pagar eles gritam e xingam vocês. A funcionaria ou proprietaria Marissol é um mal educada e grossa. Fora que eles não tem a minima intenção em ajudar. Graças a Deus não preciso mais ter contato com eles. Continuarei nos mesmos imoveis e o proprietario irá trocar de imobiliar, Poranto, conselho NÃO DEIXEM SEUS IMÓVEIS COM ESSA ESPELUNCA!
Lousy real estate, run away from that real estate. I rent 2 properties with them and I always had problems getting payment for the rentals (which were NEVER delayed any day), they issue slips with problems (hi ?, that's right) and when you call to notify and look for another way to pay them yell and curse you. The Marissol employee or owner is rude and rude. Other than that they have no intention of helping. Thank God I don't need to have contact with them anymore. I will continue on the same properties and the owner will change the real estate, therefore, advice DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PROPERTIES WITH THIS SPELMET!

Desdo ano passado que assinei contrato com eles eles ficaram de resolver os reparos que e de obrigatória da imobiliária (proprietário)
Prrvista na lei do inquilinato lei de n° 8245 ainda a corretora sofia e muito antiprofissiona
E nada edilucada ja solicitei uma notificação judicial incluve tinha mandado um email e eles nao responderam nao recomemdo pra ninguem obg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentamos alugar um imóvel na imobiliária, visitamos o imóvel gostamos muito e entregamos todas as documentações certinho, entreguei até o que eles não pediram, fomos atendidas pela Sofia, péssimo atendimento uma pessoa rude, não respondia no WhatsApp tive que ir ao local, muito seca nunca fui tão mal atendida e no final não quis alugar porque disse que uma das pessoas que estaria o nome do contrato nao moraria no local. Nós tratou muito mal e achei que foi preconceito não tem outra justificativa quase Enviamos nossa vida toda para ela. Em fim não recomendo.
