★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou zero pq não pode! Cuidado com essa imobiliária elas maqueia as casa com infiltração em paredes e goteiras no telhados. O problema aparece dps q vc mora e vc se responsabiliza por tudo... Aluguel caros e a tendência é só almentar.... Na hora de aluguel São muito atencioso dps... O Cel só chama pq eles sabe qual é os problemas! #melhor mora na favela !

Professionals seek partnership to solve problems ,and acts as a mediator of interests between tenants and owners, always aiming at the well being of all. Who complains is because they do not understand that information about debts in the square, they are not forgiven for leasing anywhere, unfortunately it is like that. complain right, because they don't have the sensitivity to understand that in this moment of pandemic companies are working in safety and that's why they had to adapt the service. I recommend it. Their credibility with me was never shaken. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não me senti confortável! Passam a imagem de serem muito engessados no que fazem e falam. Senti muita desconfiança dos funcionários quando estive no local. As pessoas não são convidativas, não te olham como um cliente em potencial e acredito nisso independente do tema que você queira resolver com eles. Para ser atendido demora, quase não querendo que você fale com eles. Tive contato com eles apenas uma vez e essa foi a impressão que deixaram pra mim. Eu não gostei.
I didn't feel comfortable! They convey the image of being very plastered in what they do and speak. I felt very suspicious of the employees when I was at the place. People are not inviting, they don't look at you as a potential customer and I believe that regardless of the topic you want to resolve with them. It takes time to be attended, almost not wanting you to talk to them. I had contact with them only once and that was the impression they left for me. I did not like.

Alugamos um apto em 2014 pela Metrosul, ao lado do metrô Conceição, foi rápido e o atendimento excelente. Em 10 dias, nós visitamos o apto, enviamos a documentação, foi negociado o valor e garantia e já estávamos nos mudando para o apto. Nunca vi uma locação tão fácil e rápida rs
Saímos do apto em 2016 e foi bem tranquilo esse período, nos deram suporte em tudo o que pedimos, o proprietário também foi uma benção na nossa vida. Ah se toda imobiliária fosse tranquila assim pra trabalhar!!!

We rented an apartment in 2014 by Metrosul, next to the subway Conceição, it was fast and the service was excellent. In 10 days, we visited the apartment, sent the documentation, the value and guarantee were negotiated and we were already moving to the apartment. I've never seen a location so easy and fast lol
We left the apartment in 2016 and it was very quiet that period, they gave us support in everything we asked, the owner was also a blessing in our life. Ah if every real estate agency were so calm to work!!!

Não sabem negociar, só eles têm todas as garantias, porque está escrito no contrato.E no contrato tem somente o que é de interesse deles e não dos clientes. MUITO CUIDADO, ao entregar o imóvel alugado querem receber como se fosse um imóvel novo e demoram muitos dias para devolverem o Depósito Inicial de garantia, A minha devolução demorou quase 20 dias, Esperam a quitação de todos os pagamentos de água e luz. enquanto não comprovar que está pago não devolvem o seu deinheiro. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA EMPRESA.

VERY CAREFUL, when delivering the rented property they want to receive it as if it were a new property and it takes many days to return the Initial Security Deposit, My return took almost 20 days, They expect the discharge of all water and electricity payments. until you prove that you have paid, they will not refund your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
