★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente! fiz uma endoscopia e colonoscopia em 03/02 e fui muito bem atendida. Não senti nenhum desconforto e nem dor.
Dra karen, Dr Gutemberg e Ivi ( enfermeira) não sei se o nome está certo, mas eles foram muito atenciosos.
Super recomendo.
Great! I did an endoscopy and colonoscopy on 2/3 and was very well attended. I felt no discomfort or pain.
Dr. Karen, Dr Gutemberg and Ivi (nurse) I don't know if the name is right, but they were very attentive.
I highly recommend it.

I've sent a watsapb reply for a few days now and I don't get the correct return, it's private but they don't answer me on the phone, nobody answers you.

I haven't even gone yet, I'm trying to make an appointment at ZAP view and they don't answer I've already spoken 8 times and no one answers, the phone makes you wait, it's a pity!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo como pode ter 30 anos de atendimento de excelência se não atendem ao telefone e pelo whatsapp as mensagens são ignoradas. A única vez que alguém atendeu a ligação já atendeu pedindo um minuto, aguardei 11 minutos e desisti.
I don't understand how you can have 30 years of excellent service if they don't answer the phone and whatsapp messages are ignored. The only time someone answered the call, they answered asking for a minute, I waited 11 minutes and gave up.
