Eu fui fazer um MAPA, no entanto, a bateria do aparelho acabou durante a noite. Ao retornar pela manhã, o laboratório queria que eu reagendasse o exame. Depois de insistir e explicar a minha situação de urgência, eles deixaram que eu repetisse o exame a partir daquele mesmo momento.
Eu achei que tudo ficaria bem, mas eles entregaram o resultado com meu nome incompleto, em desconformidade com as exigências da banca do concurso público que eu participava.
Depois de voltar à unidade, esperar cerca de 2 horas, insistir muito e ir embora sem solução, levaram mais de 1 dia para enviarem o exame com o nome corrigido. Por um detalhe super simples, quase perdi o prazo do recurso da banca.
O único fator positivo foi o atendimento da gerente Rafaela e uma outra funcionária que tentaram me ajudar lidando com o laboratório.
 Weak experience!
I went to make a MAP, however, the device's battery ran out overnight. Upon returning in the morning, the lab wanted me to reschedule the exam. After insisting and explaining my urgent situation, they allowed me to repeat the exam from that same moment.
I thought everything would be fine, but they delivered the result with my name incomplete, in disagreement with the requirements of the board of the public tender in which I participated.
After returning to the unit, waiting about 2 hours, insisting a lot and leaving without a solution, it took them more than 1 day to send the exam with the corrected name. For a super simple detail, I almost missed the deadline for the appeal of the bank.
The only positive factor was the service provided by the manager Rafaela and another employee who tried to help me in dealing with the laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei oftalmologista 3 vezes e nas 3 vezes foi cancelado. Detalhe que na segunda vez me mandaram mensagem 30 minutos antes do horario da consulta, ou seja, eu já estava a caminho. Não existe compromisso com o cliente, tendo em vista que é uma consulta particular e deveriam ter mais respeito com quem procura os serviços.
I booked an ophthalmologist 3 times and 3 times it was cancelled. Detail that the second time they sent me a message 30 minutes before the appointment time, that is, I was already on my way. There is no commitment to the client, considering that it is a private consultation and they should have more respect for those seeking the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente marcação de consulta é exame precisa melhorar muito, nem chegando no primeiro horário, você consegue ser atendido no horário marcado, digo com propriedade pois semana passada estive 4 vezes em dias alternado, para consulta é exames para minha mãe. Nenhum dia foi diferente, parece que agenda várias pessoas no mesmo horário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei um aparelho para aferir a Pressão (MAPA) na manha de hoje(09/07/22), às 9:40 e o mesmo não aferia. Depois de mais de 40 min, verifiquei que o aparelho estava desligado; e quando fui ligar, o mesmo estava com apenas 01 ponto de bateria e desligou. Perdi um dia de aferição, pois terei que entregar o aparelho no sábado e retornar na segunda-feira para colocar outro aparelho e espero que o profissional tenha atenção em colocar um aparelho calibrado em 100% de bateria, pois se um paciente faz teste de pressão, isso fará a mesma disparar. Decepcionado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando solicitei a marcação para Gineco , expliquei que pegava no meu trabalho as 08:30 no mesmo prédio , fui agendada para 08:00 pelo recep.João Victor , ele me explicou que eu consegueria ser atendida e chegar a tempo no meu trabalho .Cheguei às 07:38 achando que eu seria atendida no horário agendado , ao pagar a consulta fui informada de que a médica ainda não tinha chegado, ouvi : Sabe como é médico né ? Ao chegar e fazer a ficha fui informada que eu estava agendada as 08;15 e que tinha paciente as 08:00 , 08:00 e eu era 08;15 . A médica além de ter chegado atrasada , eu não fui informada que seria a terceira a ser chamada e são 08:49 e até agora eu não fui atendida .Um descaso e falta de consideração com o paciente , consulta essa que não foi de graça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um atendimento para fonoaudióloga pra 10:45 da manhã , um dia antes da consulta me ligaram ( como de costume ) para confirmar o atendimento e perguntaram se eu poderia chegar às 9:30 , pois a médica que ia atender ia ter que sair às 10hs AM , mesmo sem poder, modifiquei minha agenda e fui as 9:30 , chegado lá 9:15. Pois pediram pra mim chegar 15 minutos antes , mas pra minha surpresa a médica só chegou 11:00 horas. ? . Só não gostei disso , mas sobre a clínica em si , é muito boa limpa e bonita .
