★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja com um péssimo atendimento. Um vendedor que se identificou pelo nome de "Éder" estava me vendendo um colchão e antes de fechar a venda eu questionei que talvez não caberia no elevador do meu prédio, que os entregadores teriam que subir pela escada, e perguntei como procederia nesse caso... ele disse que se não coubesse no elevador, os entregadores subiriam pela escada sem problema nenhum, mas em nenhum momento ele informou que eu teria um custo adicional de R$ 100,00. No dia da entrega, os entregadores se negaram a subir até o meu andar se eu não pagasse os R$ 100,00 que não foi informado pelo vendedor em nenhum momento. Na hora de vender escondem os pormenores. Tentei resolver por telefone por um homem da loja que se identificou pelo nome de "Antônio" (imagino que seja gerente/supervisor da loja) que também não resolveu o problema e disse pra eu mesmo resolver direto com o vendedor, uma palhaçada sem tamanho. Não comprem nada nessa loja péssima e espalhem nas redes sociais para ninguém comprar nada nessa loja. Eu vou espalhar em todas as redes sociais possíveis, grupos e em sites de reclamação sobre essa loja horrível.
 Bad store with bad service. A salesman who identified himself by the name of "Eder" was selling me a mattress and before closing the sale I questioned that maybe it wouldn't fit in the elevator in my building, that the deliverymen would have to go up the stairs, and I asked how I would proceed in this case. .. he said that if I didn't fit in the elevator, the deliverymen would go up the stairs without any problem, but he never informed me that I would have an additional cost of R$ 100.00. On the day of delivery, the couriers refused to go up to my floor if I didn't pay the R$ 100.00 that was not informed by the seller at any time. When selling, they hide the details. I tried to solve it over the phone by a man from the store who identified himself by the name of "Antônio" (I imagine he is the manager/supervisor of the store) who also didn't solve the problem and told me to solve it directly with the salesperson, a sizeless clown. Do not buy anything in this terrible store and spread it on social networks so that no one buys anything in this store. I'm going to spread it on every possible social media, group and complaint site about this horrible store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um sofá no dia 23/10/2021, pagamos a vista, previsto pra entrega primeira semana de janeiro. Até agora nada e não tem previsão, não tem um posicionamento, só estão enrolando e dizem que não tem nada o que fazer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecaram completamente e acabam se queimando com a promessa de brindes (travesseiro). A venda ok. A entrega foi certinha, ok. Mas no ato da compra, me prometeram um par de travesseiro de brinde, na qual seria entregue junto com a cama. Isso não ocorreu. A cama foi entregue e os travesseiros NÃO. Perdi meu tempo pra me deslocar de jabaquara até Santo André, pra ir na loja buscar o tão esperado travesseiro. Quando cheguei em casa...me deparei com algo de péssima qualidade. DESMANCHANDO.... DISSOLVENDO. Aff. Olhem as fotos ?.
They completely sinned and ended up getting burned with the promise of freebies (pillow). The sale is ok. The delivery was fine, ok. But at the time of purchase, I was promised a pair of pillows as a gift, which would be delivered with the bed. That didn't happen. The bed was delivered and the pillows NOT. I wasted my time traveling from jabaquara to Santo André, to go to the store to get the long-awaited pillow. When I got home...I came across something of terrible quality. DISSOLVING.... DISSOLVING. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, entregaram colchao menor q o box, p fazer a troca está sendo uma enrolação, me vender um colchão q eles não tem. E agr querem q eu fique com o box menor p dar certo c o colchão, mas como eu paguei pelo maior, eu exijo o q eu paguei. Não compremmm!!!!
Bad experience, they delivered a mattress smaller than the box, to make the exchange it's been a drag, sell me a mattress they don't have. And now they want me to keep the smaller box to work out with the mattress, but as I paid for the larger one, I demand what I paid for. Don't buy!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra com o vendedor Matheus em dez de 2021 e fui muito bem atendida, combinamos na ocasião que a entrega seria aos sábados, pois ainda não moro no local. Para a minha suspresa fui avisada hoje, sexta feira 28/01 que minha entrega está a caminho. Estou perdendo horário de trabalho já fazem duas horas e me informaram que nunca realizam entregas aos sábados. Estou muito furiosa.
I made the purchase with the seller Matheus in Dec 2021 and I was very well attended, we agreed at the time that delivery would be on Saturdays, as I still don't live there. To my surprise I was informed today, Friday 28/01 that my delivery is on its way. I've been missing work hours for two hours now and I've been told that they never deliver on Saturdays. I'm very angry.
