★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda tudo maravilhoso, né Sr. Izael, o pós venda é um lixo. Eles não atende ligações, não respondem emails e nem mensagem do ZAP. Comprei um colchão e a garantia falaram que é de 5 anos e em pouco tempo (5 meses) apresentou problema. Acabei de pagar a iltima.parvela.ahira, ou seja a décima e o colchão já não presta. Eles também não fornecem nota fiscal. Olha que eu insisti.
Não vou nem perder tempo pra ir reclamar pessoalmente. Essa foi a pior compra que fiz até hoje.

Vendedor ofereceu um produto que não havia no estoque dizendo que faria a entrega no mesmo dia da compra sabendo da minha necessidade do produto, mas me entregou outro produto e alegou que eu estava sendo beneficiada com um produto mais caro. Ao consultar o produto entregue, vi em sites que o valor era bem menor do que paguei pelo produto que havia comprado. O produto só foi entregue corretamente 5 dias depois do combinado porque liguei diversas vezes cobrando. Uma dica: não engane o cliente, seja sincero e quando combinar algo, cumpra e se houver algum imprevisto, ligue antes e avise.
